Former United Nations Ambassador and South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley called Kamala Harris’s handling of the border crisis “embarrassing”. That’s rather mild. It was all so foreseeable. Anyone who watched Tulsi Gabbard rip Harris apart in the Democrat debate knew this was going to happen.
Nikki Haley is a typical spineless Republican. I still have mixed emotions about her. Under President Trump’s tutelage, she was an epic U.N. Ambassador. With a nod to the late, great Margaret Thatcher, our Deanna called Haley the “Iron Lady of the 21st Century”. Then, when positioning herself for 2024, Nikki dumped Trump. Trump gave Haley foreign policy experience to give her a jump on the future and this is how she repaid him? Get out of here.
Like I said, Nikki Haley calling Harris’s lack of a border visit “embarrassing” is mild. Here is what Haley said:
“This is embarrassing,” Haley said on “America Reports”.
“Any leader knows you can’t fix what you can’t see. She hasn’t been on the ground, she hasn’t talked to Border Patrol – she doesn’t know what is happening there.”
Haley asserted that Harris and Biden seemed “fearful” of traveling to the border and were in “flat out denial.”
“They think that if they don’t go it won’t be real. It’s very real.”
Kamala Harris will visit Siberia in January before she will go to the Southern border of the United States. Harris flew over the Southern border on her way to Guatemala and back over again when she returned to D.C. and didn’t even have AF Two dip the wings for a closer look. She doesn’t want pictures of her at the border speaking with Border Patrol personnel. EVAH!
Harris doesn’t want pictures that could be shown side by side with her tweet from just after Donald Trump’s inauguration in 2017:

Remember when Kamala told Lester Holt that she had been to the border? Yes, the last time we know about was when she went in 2018 to protest President Trump’s border actions:
U.S. Sen. Kamala Harris joined hundreds of protesters along the San Diego border with Mexico on Friday to denounce President Donald Trump for his zero-tolerance immigration policy, which has separated more than 2,300 youth from their families.
Trump’s immigrant policies amount to a “human rights abuse,” Harris said, addressing a boisterous crowd outside the Otay Mesa Detention Center, where she met with migrant women split up from their children.
“I spoke with the mothers who are there, and my heart is broken,” she said, adding: “These mothers in there think that they are alone. We need to remind them and everyone else that they are not alone, and that we all stand with them.”
Oh, yeah, dear old Cackling Kamala doesn’t want to be seen anywhere near the border. Master Troll, Representative Lauren Boebert brought Flat Kamala to the border, and that’s as close as Harris wants to get:

Give me titanium spined Lauren Boebert over most any of our elected officials in or out of office. Are you listening, Nikki Haley? Mrs. Haley could have gone a lot stronger in her criticism of Kamala Harris. Embarrassing is mild. An anonymous Democrat was more harsh in his comments:
“She is going to be haunted by this trip and this issue for as long as she is in politics,” said one Democratic strategist, in no uncertain terms. “The border is a thorny issue and she can’t win inside her party and she’ll be targeted for these comments for a long time from Republicans.”
That’s a far stronger response than “embarrassing”. When speaking of Kamala Harris, Nikki Haley should watch videos of Tulsi Gabbard taking Harris apart:
Boom! Mic-freaking-drop. Why is it that people who run their mouths always talk about doing the work? Nikki Haley should also remember that Kamala Harris polled in single digits before she dropped out of the Democrat Presidential race. Being harsh in one’s criticism of Harris might play to the Republican base and anyone else who hates phony baloney politicians.

Mark Gist says: Kammy insists that the problem isn’t at the border, it’s at the other end where the attempted illegal immigrants are coming from. But how does she know this? The only way to know for sure is to go to the border and talk with people. Why refuse to do this? She doesn’t have a good answer.
When Lester Holt asked her she fell back on her defense mechanisms of repeating the same thing a few times and laughing. She also threw in that she hasn’t been to Europe, either, as if that had any relevance.
Why does she refuse to go?
Probably she’s afraid that the people there will repeat what the Republicans have been saying since January 20th, that the surge is because of what Biden said.
Joshua K. says: While Tulsi Gabbard did criticize Kamala strongly, Tulsi’s criticisms of Kamala were from the left — that Kamala was too harsh a prosecutor. That doesn’t indicate how Nikki Haley ought to criticize Kamala from the right.
