All pediatricians and well, all medical professionals, are 100% on board with promoting and shoving gender affirmation care down our children’s throats. That’s the assertion from Assistant Secretary of Health, Rachel Levine.
Levine made this claim during an interview with NPR over the weekend. Specifically, Florida is singled out because of Florida’s stance on protecting children from making irreversible changes to their bodies before attaining adulthood.
• Social gender transition should not be a treatment option for children or adolescents.
• Anyone under 18 should not be prescribed puberty blockers or hormone therapy.
• Gender reassignment surgery should not be a treatment option for children or adolescents.
• Based on the currently available evidence, “encouraging mastectomy, ovariectomy, uterine extirpation, penile disablement, tracheal shave, the prescription of hormones which are out of line with the genetic make-up of the child, or puberty blockers, are all clinical practices which run an unacceptably high risk of doing harm.”
• Children and adolescents should be provided social support by peers and family and seek
counseling from a licensed provider.
As the Florida fact sheet notes, multiple CREDIBLE studies from around the world are cited, and the state of Florida did its research.
Again, keep in mind, no one knows the extent of what puberty blockers do to children and teens in the long run. In the short term, Sweden is taking a step back and halting the use of puberty blockers. Thus far, in one study alone, 13 children are dealing with massive weight gain, extreme depression, and physical issues such as liver damage and skeletal problems.
He has spinal fractures and a condition called osteopenia, which weakens the bones, making them more liable to break. It is a disease that is often found in people aged 60 or 70 and is almost impossible to reverse.
But Levine is here to tell us that every single medical professional across the U.S. is completely on board with not only promoting but prescribing and engaging in gender-affirming care.
I will disagree that there are many studies cited in the Florida statement – there are a few studies. I’ve looked at them. A lot of them say that we need more research. We agree. This is no different from any other medical field in which there’s a research base that might inform a standard of care for treatment of other conditions, whether that’s diabetes or hypothyroidism or other hormonal endocrine conditions – those change over time as the research changes.
When you look at the forthcoming WPATH standards of care and you see the hundreds and hundreds of articles, you will be able to see the difference between the research base for the standards of care and the few studies cited by Florida.
There is no argument among medical professionals – pediatricians, pediatric endocrinologists, adolescent medicine physicians, adolescent psychiatrists, psychologists, etc. – about the value and the importance of gender-affirming care.
What is WPATH? It is the World Professional Association For Transgender Health.
Do YOU think that organization takes a step back and thinks, hey, maybe we need to provide children and teens with extensive (as in YEARS) of counseling before pushing puberty blockers and irreversible surgeries on them? I didn’t think so.
This is a doctor who is transgender, has promoted the lifestyle, and has performed many transgender surgeries. Keep in mind, Bowers and Levine BOTH transitioned as ADULTS. Now Bowers is saying that, umm, there are significant problems with this. Including the fact that, in addition to the physical and mental issues, those who have surgery will never be able to achieve sexual pleasure of any kind.
Bowers, who had three children before undergoing gender transition in middle-age, said that this concern should change the “informed consent models” where children are told what they are giving up—sexual function, sexual pleasure, intimacy in relationships, having children—and then agree to it before they even have any idea what those things truly are.
Read the whole thing. Levine is the face of the Biden Administration pushing this horrifically damaging crap on our children. Parents are jumping on the transgender bus with callous disregard to the wellbeing of their OWN children! This opinion in the Washington Post from a parent made me want to throat punch her.

These parents are engaged in child abuse. Period. They need to be hauled into jail.
Levine and the Biden Administration are pushing an incredibly dangerous agenda onto our kids. Which is why states such as Florida and Alabama are fighting back.
Make no mistake, there is nothing innocent about “gender-affirming” care and Levine knows it.
The extreme euphemism “gender affirming care” for what includes castration, breast removal, and blocking/transitioning hormones- even for adolescents- is all you need to know about the integrity of the Biden White House/HHS pushing this.

They obsessively evade the truth. https://t.co/SHo54ozF19
The surgeries really aren’t reversible. The damage regarding puberty blockers ISN’T reversible. The Biden Administration is engaged in trying to legitimize this with 100% disregard to the health and welfare of the children they are targeting.

We need to push back very hard on this and stop listening to accusations of bigotry. Little kids should never be subjected to this brainwashing and this disorder needs to be treated as a disorder.
Mirrors aren’t a thing in the Gender Pretender Commune evidently.
