Oh boy. Here comes Hillary. As if the Biden Administration isn’t dealing with enough of a dumpster fire these last few days, she trots in to “help.” Why yes, Joe’s age is a problem.

As we’ve written over the last couple of days, the Special Counsel’s report on the Biden documents that were scattered willy nilly through garages and offices was damning on a number of levels. 

His ghostwriter not only was given/told classified information by Joe, he actually tried to destroy evidence. And yet the DOJ won’t charge him. 

The report has found that Joe contemplated resigning as Vice President, and that yes he had classified information regarding Afghanistan issues from 2009 while Vice President. 

Furthermore, despite Joe’s claims prior to and then during that epic disaster of a press conference on Thursday night, the records Joe kept were not only in total disarray, they were stored in very easily accessible areas, like his garage. 

Some in the media are still persisting on behalf of Joe.

He’s fine they claim, even as he has a week full of chatting with dead people and declaring that the President of Egypt is the true President of Mexico. 

Now we have the White House claiming that anything in the report that raised valid concerns about Joe’s mental fitness for the job are … not based in reality. 

Asked how Biden can be trusted with the nuclear codes if he constantly makes mistake after mistake on camera:

It’s not only that he’s making mistakes on camera, it’s what we don’t know about that is happening behind the scenes! That’s why Joe’s cognitive abilities and lack thereof aren’t funny. This is a huge national security issue that cannot and must not be ignored! 

As Powerline points out, the media is turning the tide as of this morning against Joe. The headlines are bad enough, the stories are worse. Maureen Dowd: 

But stealth about health is no longer possible, and the sooner President Biden’s team stops being in denial about that, the better off Democrats will be.

The NY Times Editorial Board:

Mr. Biden’s performance at his news conference on Thursday night was intended to assure the public that his memory is fine and argue that Mr. Hur was out of line; instead, the president raised more questions about his cognitive sharpness and temperament, as he delivered emotional and snappish retorts in a moment when people were looking for steady, even and capable responses to fair questions about his fitness.

His assurances, in other words, didn’t work.

The Wall Street Journal wasn’t any better. 

And now Hillary is circling like the shark she is. 

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said that while she thinks President Biden’s age, which is a growing topic of concern among voters, is a “legitimate issue,” she advised him to “lean in” to his years of experience.

“I talked to people in the White House all the time, and you know, they know it’s an issue, but as I like to say, look, it’s a legitimate issue,” Clinton told MSNBC’s Alex Wagner in a sit-down interview earlier this week. “It’s a legitimate issue for [former President] Trump who’s only three years younger. So, it’s an issue.”

Hillary sycophants will attempt to portray this as she’s just trying to help. But this is Hillary we are talking about. She has never ever gotten over losing two major Presidential campaigns. She wants, no, she BELIEVES that office should’ve been hers. 

So, her jumping into this particular fray is very calculated. 

Joe is supposed to, according to Hillary’s guidance, “lean into” his age and the job. Which, according to some in the White House means sitting down instead of shuffling into the room and getting a better makeup job for the cameras! Doesn’t that just reek of desperation? 

Or how about this advice?

Philippe Reines, a onetime advisor to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, told Politico that the media amplified Biden’s gaffe in part because he’s held so few press conferences during his first term.

“I would flood the zone, and I felt the same with Hillary,” Reines told the publication. “Because if you don’t, then the smallest thing becomes too easy for people and the media to focus on.”

“The answer to the president is not to put him out there zero times to prevent zero things,” he continued. “It’s to go out there and have him say whatever it is.”

The problem is, it’s very obvious that Biden can’t handle the work necessary to ‘flood the zone.’ Reines knows it and so does Hillary, who had her own medical issues during her last campaign. 

Hillary is correct in one thing, Joe’s age is definitely a legitimate issue. The question is, what’s in it for her? What’s her game plan here? By the way, she’s 76 years old!! HER age is a legitimate issue as well!

Oh wait, was I being sexist? Oh well, it’s Hillary and I don’t care.
