The Democrats REALLY cannot help themselves. They are standing on the line and leaning hard into pushing the idea of military insurrection and sedition. The Jackass 6 are in the lead, but now Eric Swalwell is bringing up the rear with his claims that the military will keep President Trump ‘in check’ to save us all from illegal orders.

The Pentagon is understandably not amused by what the Jackass 6 are doing. Mark Kelly is facing UCMJ action, and Jason Crow should as well, given they are military retirees receiving benefits and still held accountable to UCMJ regulations. 

Slammed for his leading role in Democrats’ disgraceful “Disobey!” video, US Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) has gotten on his moral high horse, citing his decades of honorable service in the US military — when his central outrage was to prostitute that service in a bid to impugn the sitting president, at the clear risk of encouraging military mutinies.

The Pentagon has opened a probe of Kelly’s actions: As a Navy retiree receiving significant benefits, he’s clearly still subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice — and the video may constitute a violation of his oaths.

In response, the senator’s blaring out his service record (also playing for sympathy as the husband of ex-Rep. Gabby Giffords, who suffered lasting, near-fatal wounds in a madman’s 2011 assassination attempt), as if that meant he could do no subsequent wrong.

First of all, as I’ve stated before, as a soldier whether enlisted or officer, you do NOT get disobey an order you deem illegal just because you dislike the person giving the order. There are only CERTAIN instances an order can be disobeyed and those are clearly defined. 

Yet the Jackass 6 hates President Trump so much that they are willing to run a psych ops action insinuating that orders can be disobeyed at will. 

And now we have Eric Swalwell bringing up the rear guard and joining the insurrection chorus.

Swalwell argued that the Trump administration “told on” itself by going after Kelly for his call to resist “illegal orders” and revealed that some service members have been behaving as a “check” on the president.

“What gives me hope, and I talk to service members all the time. They tell me that I don’t appreciate enough and the public doesn’t appreciate enough that while Congress is not a check on the president anymore, and the judiciary at the Supreme Court is hardly a check, military members have told me, ‘We can be a check,'” Swalwell said.

“They’re essentially saying, ‘We’re not going to betray our oath to the Constitution because this guy tells us to.’ While it’s not codified that way — they’re not a branch of government on their own— their honor and integrity might just save us.”

Eric is hoping his minions and potential voters (all three of them) to believe that any soldier just just stand up and say NOPE to any order given. That’s not how this works. And the Democrats know that. 

Then again, they saw Mark Milley get away with playing footsie with China in 2021and assuring them that he’d prevent Trump from attacking China. The Swamp quietly applauded. 

But Milley did get to walk, although what he did was so close to actual treason that you’d need a hundred-page exegesis from Thomas Aquinas collaborating with Maimonides to figure out the difference.

And that’s where the danger comes in. Because Milley was able to go so far – actively colluding with a military commander of an adversary power to undercut the sitting chief executive – without being brought to book, wannabe gangstas like Kelly, Slotkin, Deluzio and Crow now think they can get away with it too. Throw in such antecedents as Dianne Feinstein’s chauffeur and Eric Swallwell and Fang Fang, and it’s clear enough that our Loyal Opposition is but one small step away from open treason. And the Democrats are fine with it.

They sure as hell are. Elise Slotkin is even claiming Nuremberg Trials as a defense while also attempting to channel Tom Cruise in “A Few Good Men.”

Infuriatingly, some will believe her horseshit and urge soldiers to disobey orders. Or, as it looks like here, are already PLANNING to disobey. 

Wow & she's a JAG officer no less!

Surely all these people promoting disobediency are going to be facing courts-martial? Refusal to obey lawful orders is considered mutiny, is it not?

I cannot emphasize this enough. Major Baker needs chaptered out with a dishonorable discharge, ASAP. Mark Kelly and Jason Crow need to have their rank and benefits reduced, ASAP. Or have them yanked altogether. 

They have not only stepped on the line, they’ve stepped OVER it in their desire to have our military disobey orders to keep President Trump ‘in check.’ 

The military oath is very clear and precise. Swalwell and the Jackass 6 are putting our soldiers in legal jeopardy by urging them to commit insurrection based upon feelings and politics. 

Eric Swalwell is pandering for votes when he knows full well he’s lying out of his farting ass about what soldiers are or aren’t telling him.
