Biden Rule Change: Women Erased From Title IX Sports

The Biden Administration has really bought into the transgender craze. So much so that, in response to states trying to protect girls and women in sports, they announced a Title IX rule change yesterday. In the interest of being FAIR, there shall be no blanket bans of transgenders in sports.

The Biden administration on Thursday proposed new regulations that would allow schools to bar transgender athletes from participating in competitive high school and college sports, but disallow blanket bans on the athletes that have been approved across the country.

The rules would narrow when discrimination of trans athletes would be permitted. But they also would offer guidelines for when schools could bar their participation.

Under the proposal, schools would need to consider a range of factors before imposing a ban on trans athletes and would need to justify it based on educational grounds, such as the need for fairness. So, for instance, a school district could justify a ban on transgender athletes on their competitive high school track and field team, whereas a district would have a harder time making that case for an intramural middle school kickball squad.

Wait, what? So, making decisions on educational grounds should include being FAIR? I thought educational grounds for sports participation involved keeping your GPA at a certain level. But now, evidently the criteria is fairness.

There are a lot of problems with this Title IX rule change by the Biden Administration. First, the fairness issue …which makes me think of participation trophies. Everyone NEEDS a medal. Except that being “fair” to everyone ends up causing problems for all. Like it or not, there will always be winners and losers in the game of life. Title IX was put in place because women weren’t even given a chance at participating and being recognized for THEIR accomplishments in sports. Jill Biden herself even celebrated that fact, while shooting herself in the foot.

But now, if a guy who decides he wants to be a girl, Lia Thomas for example, women need to step aside.

Under the administration’s proposal, schools would be prohibited from adopting or applying a “one-size-fits-all” policy that categorically bans transgender students from participating on sports teams consistent with their gender identity.

“Such bans fail to account for differences among students across grade and education levels,” the Education Department said Thursday in a news release. “They also fail to account for different levels of competition — including no-cut teams that let all students participate — and different types of sports.”

Instead, schools covered by the proposed rule would be permitted to draft their own policies limiting athletic participation based on a set of sex-related criteria unique to their community. Policies must take into account each sport, level of competition and grade or education level, the department said Thursday.

Keep in mind, Riley Gaines, from the tweet above knows of which she speaks. She was marginalized by the NCAA after a swim meet involving Lia Thomas and had to, along with the rest of her teammates, deal with him in the locker room.

The very big problem with this Title IX rule change is this: no matter the guy who choses to be a girl, that guy will always have some physical capability that will be greater than any girl he competes with. Well, unless you are Dylan Mulvaney. Moreover, as we are finding out, guys in high school and college who are in the middle of transitioning yet enter into women’s sports and are granted access to girls locker rooms because ‘fairness’ and reasons still don’t have the self control to not contain themselves. Furthermore, how many girls who decide to be transgender are trying out for football??

But evidently, the Biden Administration doesn’t care for women. Only for furthering the transgender agenda.

But again, this is something that has been brewing because we all need to be FAIR!

That was a segment that aired last year. A boy, whose parents decided (and yes they did) that by the boy’s actions, that he was wanting to be a girl who should be allowed to do whatever he wants, biological girls be damned. Yet, as you watch later on in the segment, the case is made – somewhat – to let girls sports STAY girls sports.

Now, in jumps the Biden Administration. Title IX is great! Just let the guys in and it’s all good!

This isn’t about gender identity no matter which way the Biden Administration tries to spin it. It’s about biological reality. Boys and men who decide to become women and then compete in women’s sports will always have a physical advantage.

And, as many have pointed out, if transgenders want to compete in a sport, they have two choices. A. compete in the sport they are biologically compatible with or B. Develop a transgender league of their own.

But they won’t, especially those college age or above as this is about power and political correctness. The end result being, Title IX is no longer and it is women who get the shaft.

    To state the obvious:

    – The definition of “woman” is adult female human. If you have two X chromosomes, you’re a female. If you’re over 18, you’re an adult. So a woman is a human being with two X chromosomes who is over 18.
    – The definition of “man” is an adult male human. If you have an X and a Y chromosome, you’re a male. If you’re over 18, you’re an adult. So a man is a human being with an X and a Y chromosome who is over 18.

Anything else is a combination of mental illness, and brainwashing through continuous propaganda by people who know better but are actively trying to destroy Western civilization. We are not required to ignore reality in order to accommodate their hallucinatory illnesses.

I say use Title IX to create a transgender league and let them compete by themselves. Problem solved.

This would have to go thru the legislative process as in the House and the Senate, would it? He (Biden) could not do this thru an executive order. (Pls. correct info if wrong.)

In a society where the rule of law meant something, you are correct. But we’re in a “post Constitutional” world now where the only thing that matters is protecting approved victim groups.
