As Collusion Narrative Implodes, Mag Says FOX News Helped Elect Trump

The Left’s Collusion Narrative is being rapidly gobbled up like Michael Moore at an all-you-can-eat buffet. So in response, The New Yorker—in an apparent last-ditch effort to continue the Soft Coup effort initiated by our “justice” agencies—would like you to know that the right-wing-propaganda-spreading FOX News Channel is the reason Donald Trump is our president.

I’ll give you a moment to giggle and guffaw.

Ok, let’s continue.

Here’s the newest iteration of the Trump Is an Illegitimate President™ narrative, brought to you by The New Yorker, with significant contributions from sources at CNN and…drum roll please…Media Matters:

Nicole Hemmer, an assistant professor of Presidential studies at the University of Virginia’s Miller Center…says of Fox, ‘It’s the closest we’ve come to having state TV.'”

The piece glosses over Shepherd Smith, Chris Wallace, the late Charles Krauthammer and many other FOX personalities who routinely criticized candidate Trump, and the current crop of (mostly) liberal loons who trash President Trump daily. Yes, The New Yorker—that bastion of objectivity—has taken the Hillary Clinton Excuse Baton and is running the next two-year marathon with it.

Sounds eerily familiar to this…and this:

Brown: Yes, and on the coasts. I think that’s what we fight against. I think that narrative is deeper and broader than many people thought before the 2016 elections. I also think it’s a narrative in part created by Fox News. This sounds a bit whiny, but there is clearly a partisan media on the right. There’s Fox and there’s the Wall Street Journal editorial page, which hates deficits when it’s a Democratic president and says we’ll grow out of them now. They are party cheerleaders and enforcers of discipline. Talk radio too. We don’t really have any of that. Now, the New York Times editorial page is liberal, but it is not a Democratic organ.'” –Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) as noted by Jim Geraghty of the National Review in his piece “Twenty Things You Didn’t Know About Sherrod Brown”

Excuse me, but…

Their analogous narrative mantra is a huge coincidence, wouldn’t you say? The DNC/Hillary Camp wouldn’t be COLLUDING with the liberal media—again—now would they? *Checks notes. Yes, here it is: Something about the (bull pucky) Russian Collusion Narrative originating with the Clinton Smear Machine.

Of course, the liberal media is all over the New Yorker article. Including Rape Hoax Central, whose current cover features Three Bigots and a Dinosaur:

The New Yorker piece goes on to claim this bombshell: that FOX buried the Stormy Daniels story to assist Trump.

The Fox journalist Diana Falzone ‘had obtained proof’ of Trump’s alleged extramarital affair with Stormy Daniels…”

“But the report, a potentially huge scandal that could have damaged Trump at the polls, never saw the light of day. The Fox News executive Ken LaCorte reportedly told Falzone: ‘Good reporting, kiddo. But Rupert wants Donald Trump to win. So just let it go,’ the New Yorker article says.”

Apparently, The New Yorker believes a Trump affair (does this surprise anyone? Bueller??)—if we are to believe their buried-story claims—would have made voters choose instead the woman who…bullied the women her husband reportedly sexually assaulted.

Oh, and let’s not forget the (focus group-tested) Gaffe Heard Round the World; THIS might have something to do with Hillary’s loss:

And also this:

Turns out that being an insufferable witch who insults and dehumanizes half the nation, and threatens their job security, is not a winning message.

But let’s hop on the Furtherback Machine for a moment, shall we?

The liberal media donated gazillions in in-kind donations to Donald Trump. They were crawling all over him following his announcement that he was running for president. Now why’d they do that? Could it be that they were trying to clear the field for Quarterback Clinton? Could it be that they wanted to push the GOP candidate they believed was the most un-electable, because he’d be the easiest for Bill’s wife to defeat…one they could then torpedo with a landmine just weeks before the election?

The answer is pretty clear.

Still, there’s more to Hillary’s loss than just the media pushing what they assumed was the worst candidate.

Hillary—not FOX News—IGNORED the residents of rust belt “blue” states, one of the main complaints from voters that Trump skillfully addressed. Not to mention that one very important vote in Maine, which Trump won. Why? Because he cared enough to go and ASK FOR IT.

Oh, and let’s not forget the cozy relationship the Obama admin had/has with the liberal media. And the relationship their un-coronated Queen still enjoys…not to mention their newest princess waiting in the wings for her shiny new intersectional crown:

Ali Vitali is—allegedly—an NBC “political reporter” per her Twitter bio.

Now, I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but there have been a good number of negative articles about Ms. Harris’ Democrat competition as of late, specifically Amy Klobuchar and Bernie Sanders. Is that a coincidence, do you think? Or is Harris their new It Girl? Call me a conspiracy theorist, but I’m betting it’s the latter.

No, Hillary and her Propaganda Arm of the DNC, FOX News didn’t get Donald Trump elected. Barack Obama, an un-indicted, pant-suited felon, and a fed-up electorate no longer willing to tolerate being ignored and discarded and defamed did. With full knowledge of Donald Trump’s many flaws. And by the way: if the mainstream media—dominated by liberals—had anything at all to do with influencing the outcome of the 2016 election, Hillary Clinton would be president.

And should the Dems run a breadline-loving, Cuban dictator-praising loon, a fake Native American, or a woman who reportedly oversaw this and this in 2020, you can bet your sweet Hillary Loss Excuses your guy/gal/ze will lose again. And the collective liberal media meltdown will be just as glorious to watch the second time around.

Meanwhile, don’t hold your breath waiting for The New Yorker to administer themselves a much-needed dose of Self Awareness. Because the Soft Coup continues. And it won’t cease until Trump is gone, whether it be two years from now, or six.

Ummm…. The image of Moore on a buffet, being carved out like a prime rib is…. I’m just glad I didn’t have breakfast. Not just commas are important, folks! Antecedents, too!

The scary part is just how close to a winning message it was, though! That message got waaaaaaay too many votes!

if the mainstream media […] had anything at all to do with influencing the outcome of the 2016 election
Oh, they did. It wouldn’t have been as close as it was if not for the media. See above about how Her message got waaaaaaay too many votes.

BTW, if there is a primary challenger – one that has even a remote chance – watch the MSM lift them up and make them out to be the second coming of Gandhi. Right up until the actual convention. Even if they don’t get him over the line, defeating a sitting president, they’ll count it as damaging Trump’s brand.
