Another day, another stunt by AOC that blows up in her face. This time channeling her inner Temu Malcom X and shouting for New Yorkers to “pull up on Alabama” while she was in Montgomery.

And while standing on a stage surrounded by bullet-proof glass. You can’t make this stuff up.

(Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y.) delivered a fiery speech in Montgomery, Alabama, last week, demanding that northern progressives “pull up to the South.”

Speaking at the “All Roads Lead to The South” rally May 16, the prominent “Squad” member claimed the US was not a true democracy until the 1960s when the Voting Rights Act was passed, and took direct aim at the Supreme Court, accusing the high court under Chief Justice John Roberts of being “part of that long history of regression and repression in America.”

Ocasio-Cortez then issued a highly controversial call to action, demanding that “the North” travel to red states like Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Tennessee and Mississippi to fight what she described as political injustice.

Now that kind of Selma-envy LARPing might appeal to the aging hippy AWFLs of Martha’s Vineyard trying to reclaim a moment of their youth when they felt relevant. But that dog ain’t barking for Alabamians.

“It has come to my attention that AOC has made yet another bone headed statement by telling people in New York they need to pull up on the south, particularly pull up on Alabama. Oh, sweet baby, you sweet face loon. That is not a good idea, and I’m gonna tell you why.”

Not that we should dismiss AOC’s popularity with Democrats out-of-hand. She currently polls higher than even King Fraud Newsom. Yes, I know that doesn’t count for much for the normies who vote; however, AOC’s passion-before-ideas does seem to resonate with the same crowd who put the commies, Zohran Mamdani and Katie Wilson, in office.

And post-coital regret doesn’t negate their elections.

AOC isn’t dumb as in “lack of intelligence” regardless of how often she opens her mouth and lets a thousand memes be born. She’s a vicious soul operating on a flotilla of envy and attached herself to an ideology that is based on acquiring power above all else …

… and keeping it, no matter what.

So we have AOC doing the get in their faces Bolshevikesque slogans while embracing actual Nazis — Greg Platner and Chris Rabb.

Southern states like Alabama have had their own issues over the years, but are stronger economically today than they were 5-10-25 years ago.

IOW, Carpet-bagging New Yorkers have nothing to teach Alabamians. AOC should fix the neighborhood she ostensibly represents and stay in her lane.
