Adam Schiff (BrainlessD-CA) really hates Trump. Adam Schiff wants the Russia collusion to be real. Adam Schiff doesn’t want border security on any level, and by golly don’t you dare mention the wall to him! Thus, with the information coming out that the Mueller investigation may (or may not) be winding down, Shifty wrote an open letter to Republicans in the Washington Post last night.

This is a moment of great peril for our democracy. Our country is deeply divided. Our national discourse has become coarse, indeed, poisonous. Disunity and dysfunction have paralyzed Congress.

Why yes Adam, our country is divided, our national discourse is awful and Congress has been dysfunctional for a very long time. Guess what Adam? You are one of the causes of the division, the coarse discourse, and the dysfunction.

Adam wants us to go back to the regular world order that we all built. For someone who is the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, he is clueless about world history. CLUELESS.

But RUSSIA DAMMIT!

For the past two years, we have examined Russia’s interference in the 2016 election and its attempts to influence the 2018 midterms. Moscow’s effort to undermine our democracy was spectacularly successful in inflaming racial, ethnic and other divides in our society and turning American against American.

To his dismay, Russia didn’t really cause Hillary to lose. So who is the culprit? TRUMP ELEVENTY!

Although many forces have contributed to the decline in public confidence in our institutions, one force stands out as an accelerant, like gas on a fire. And try as some of us might to avoid invoking the arsonist’s name, we must say it.

I speak, of course, of our president, Donald Trump.

Look in the mirror Sparky. Meanwhile, how dare Trump promote border security and advocate for keeping our country safe? How dare Trump ask for more resources, put better technology at border crossings, and even work to protect illegals targeted by murders/rapists/coyotes/gangs?

Schiff wants Republicans to speak out and ‘rise to the defense of our democracy.’ Why? Because the national emergency declaration is unconstitutional, Presidents don’t get to DO that, and Mueller will win! Seriously folks, that’s Shifty’s logic.

Moment of truth? Good grief. Could he get ANY more dramatic??!! Well, yes.

Congress rejected funding for a border wall, and agreed on a consensus bill on border security. If we allow Trump to bypass Congress, it will eviscerate a vital check on any unethical president.

So, President Pen and Phone was ETHICAL???!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Here’s the thing, Adam has been pearl-clutching about Trump Russia for two years, and has happily thrown out information with zero facts to back it up.

This is the man who, on March 22, 2017, helped launch full-blown hysteria when he said on “Meet the Press” that his committee already had the goods on Trump-Russia collusion.

“I can’t go into the particulars, but there is more than circumstantial evidence now,” Mr. Schiff declared then. Almost two years later, he’s provided no such evidence and stopped making the claim—undoubtedly because, as the Senate Intelligence Committee has said publicly, no such evidence has been found.

Two years later, has Shifty provided ANY actionable evidence to back up his claims? NOPE.

Schiff believes the Steele dossier is real, yet it’s been discredited 6 ways to Sunday, with the latest here from John Solomon regarding Bruce and Nellie Ohr.

Now, suddenly, Schiff wants Republicans to stand up against Trump. Because somehow it was Trump’s finances at Deutsche Bank that are the big part of the Russia problem. Except...

Where did we first hear that Deutsche Bank theory? That’s right. See pages 64 and 117 of the wild House testimony of Glenn Simpson—head of Fusion GPS, the organization behind the Steele dossier. It’s right there, stuffed in between Mr. Simpson’s musings that Ivanka Trump might be involved with a “Russian Central Asian organized crime nexus,” that there is something nefarious happening on the “island of St. Martin in the Caribbean,” and that Roger Stone is part of a “Turkey-Russia” plot.

In light of the above, Adam Schiff’s open letter to Republicans face plants spectacularly. He so badly wants a Trump Russia collusion and doesn’t want a border wall of any kind that he’s willing to step up his pearl-clutching drama queen game.

Tell me again who is responsible for the discord, division, and dysfunction we are dealing with these days?
