We’ve been reliably told that there is no election fraud. There isn’t any illegal voting, nor illegals voting. Guess what? There is.

First we have a new mayor in Minnesota who gained national attention in June for her remarks on the House floor. 

Minnesota law REQUIRES individuals to be US CITIZENS in order to run for office in the state.

So, it’s now on record that Her has been here illegally all this time, with an interesting link to USAID. Yet, her explanation walk-back rings hollow. 

“It’s incredibly disheartening that my floor speech — where I shared my family’s deeply personal immigration story — was twisted into anti-immigrant clickbait. Let me be absolutely clear: my parents are citizens, and so am I. This clickbait directly contradicts the empathy and understanding I sought to foster and instead fueled anti-immigrant narratives with falsehoods. My family story should not have been weaponized to spread misinformation.

“My family came to the United States in 1976. We came legally as refugees of the Vietnam War, where my grandfather was a Colonel, fighting with the CIA, in the Secret War. I have been a citizen for almost four decades. Regardless of how MAGA extremists see me in their eyes, I am legal, and I am a citizen. My family has lived the American Dream. My parents worked honorable blue-collar jobs and built a life for my siblings and me. We completed our education, secured gainful employment, paid our taxes, gave back to our communities, and served in the military and elected office for the very country that gave us a new start.

“All refugees and immigrants, documented or not, have the right to seek a better life, to have safety for their family, and to fulfill their greatest potential — like all immigrants who came before them.

“It has not been lost on me that when my status was not in question, I was a model citizen who has been held up as the example for all other immigrants and refugees to aspire to. The second my status came into question, the vile comments on my worthiness came out, and those comments are telling. My status would not change all of the adversities I have overcome, the accomplishments I have achieved, and the contributions I have made.”

Why would she claim that she’s been here all this time illegally in order to generate sympathy if Her’s citizenship status is that of a naturalized citizen? That question remains unanswered. And, voters in Minnesota obviously didn’t care as they just elected her as Mayor of St. Paul, Minnesota. 

But again, election and voting fraud just doesn’t happen! Until it does.

It seems that Mayor Jose Ceballos is not here legally and thus by our laws, is not only NOT allowed to vote, he isn’t allowed to run for office!

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach today announced his office filed election fraud charges against Jose Ceballos, the mayor of Coldwater, Kansas. Ceballos last night was re-elected.

 “In Kansas, it is against the law to vote if you are not a U.S. citizen. We allege that Mr. Ceballos did it multiple times,” Kobach said.

 Officials from the attorney general’s office filed the charges in Comanche County. Ceballos faces three counts of voting without being qualified and three counts of election perjury. The charges are nonperson felonies, and Ceballos could face more than 5 years in prison.

Did…no one think to verify his status? Did …no one do any type of opposition research during his FIRST run for mayor, which was evidently unopposed? Yes, I know those questions are rhetorical.

Yes Dorothy, illegal voting and election fraud did just happen in Kansas. But we aren’t supposed to notice. Astoundingly, it seems the city council is letting Ceballos finish out his term!

“At this time, our focus remains on ensuring that city operations continue to run smoothly and that the needs of our community are met,” said Lenertz. “While the recent allegations involving the mayor are understandably concerning, we will allow the proper legal process to take its course before making any further comments. It’s important that we respect both due process and the integrity of our local government.”

With further details coming into focus on Wednesday, the city said that Ceballos will have to prove his citizenship to stay in office.

Coldwater City Attorney Skip Herd said Ceballos is a green card holder and there were red flags raised with his interest in pursuing permanent citizenship.

“He’s been a registered voter since 1990. He applied for citizenship in February of this year, and through that, raised the issue of whether he was a legal citizen,” Herd said.

No, that’s not how this works. Every time someone votes who is NOT an American citizen, our own votes are canceled out. 

This is why proof of citizenship MUST be required in order to vote or run for office. Too many states don’t require ID, which leads to this asshat bragging that he was going to try to vote for Mamdani multiple times.

One last note, Pennsylvania evidently learned nothing in 2024 given nearly 75,000 voters were disenfranchised on Election Day.

Voting is both a privilege and a Constitutional right for…AMERICANS. We need to hold to that.
