JB Pritzker, governor of Illinois, lives in the land of delusion. Just Google news for Chicago and you will see headlines of shootings.

Crime is down in 2025, the left-leaning media will say. They will echo the narratives pushed in Washington, D.C. So what, 254 people are dead? Crime is down.

Which is why JB Pritzker, after shoving is face with like 12 Italian beef sandwiches at his governor’s mansion, wants to tell Chicagoans and the rest of the country, that Trump is “manufacturing” a crisis by threatening to send the National Guard to Chicagoland next.

The State of Illinois at this time has received no requests or outreach from the federal government asking if we need assistance, and we have made no requests for federal intervention.

Listen to yourself parade float. Murder might be slightly down, but what about car jackings, looting high-end stores, theft, robbery, street take overs. Things that make it miserable for your citizens. You don't have to live among it because of your families billions.

Let’s talk about Luis Mendoza-Gonzalez, a 52-year-old criminal illegal alien from Mexico who concealed the body of a missing woman in a storage container on his yard for two months, and abused her corpse. Disgusting, right? Pritzker and Stratton call this depravity progress.

Storms of fear and hate? Are you for real, Juliana? I would venture to guess a 32 year-old woman, (her name was Megan Boy) like the one found in a container of bleach in Luis Mendoza-Garcia’s yard would feel less hate and fear on the streets of Chicago and surrounding areas by the National Guard’s presence than the presence of a depraved monster like Mendoza-Garcia. It does cause us pause to wonder who Pritzker and Stratton are protecting, doesn’t it?

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson echoed the sentiments of his fellow Democrats:

An unlawful deployment of the [National Guard] would be unsustainable and would threaten to undermine the historic progress we have made.”-Brandon Johnson

There’s that word again. The Dems love the word “progress”. And, their voters eat this word up like it actually means something.

If only Chicago Police were actually able to do their jobs, maybe the National Guard would not have to come in and clean up the mess that is Chicago.

But the crime crisis in Chicago is nothing but a “manufactured” power grab by the Orange Man, as the story goes from JB Pritzker. Murder is down, everybody. Who needs the National Guard in one of the largest cities in our nation, the home to top elite business centers, transportation hubs, professional sports franchises and educational sites to name a few? Riddle me this: do people want to work, live or even learn in a city laden with crime and gang activity?

Chicago gangs were suspected to be behind 1,808 crimes reported across the city in 2023, with more than 1-in-5 homicides being attributed to gang activity, according to Chicago Police data.

Chicago neighborhoods each reported an average of more than 16 gang-related crimes. Total crimes per neighborhood averaged 2,776.”-Patrick Andriesen, Chicago Policy Center

Gang crimes. Let’s bet some of these gang members are not even here legally as U.S. citizens thanks to Chicago’s (Democrat-driven) Sanctuary City policies. But we cannot expect this overfed, silver-spooned-slob of a governor to understand the avalanche effect on the crap policies that have been inflicted upon Illinois, the City of Chicago and the Americans who reside in that geographic neck of the woods.
