Afghanistan is in tatters right now, and what does Joe Biden do? Insist that NONE of what is happening is his fault. Nope, none of it. There’s absolutely no comparison between Afghanistan and Saigon you see.

But he rejected the analogy, insisting that the administration had planned for the possibility of a rapid Taliban takeover and expressed pride that diplomats and other Americans had been evacuated to relative safety at the Kabul airport, which aides said was in the process of being secured by several thousand American troops. And he blamed the fall of the Afghan regime on the failure of the country’s military and political leaders to stand up for themselves.

“Afghanistan political leaders gave up and fled the country,” he said, accusing the military of laying down their arms after two decades of U.S. training and hundreds of billions of dollars in equipment and resources. “If anything, the developments of the past week reinforce that ending us military involvement in Afghanistan now was the right decision.”

What a complete load of horse shit. 

First of all, it was BIDEN that ok’d our military leaving BEFORE our civilians were safely evacuated. HE was the one to ensure our troops were ordered out of Bagram in the middle of the freaking night, leaving the Afghan government and troops stranded. Biden nor ANY of the generals and foreign policy experts took into consideration what that would do to morale over there. And for damned sure, not a single one of them paid any attention to the months of briefings that warned of the Taliban’s rise. With Biden’s election, the Taliban was emboldened, and this is what we are seeing as the result. 

Biden said “The buck stops with me.” Uh huh, SURE it does. Throughout his twenty minute speech, Biden made sure to blame everyone and I mean everyone BUT himself for the horrific debacle we are watching right now. 

Did any of his speech inspire confidence for the American civilians and military in Afghanistan right now? I highly doubt it. If anything, I’d say the anger levels along with the fear for their safety is sky high right now.

Did any of Biden’s speech inspire confidence among the Afghans who’ve worked so closely with our troops over the last twenty years? I’d say that answer is a flat HELL NO.

THIS is what Biden has wrought.

A U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III safely evacuated some 640 Afghans from Kabul late Sunday, according to U.S. defense officials and photos obtained by Defense One.

That’s believed to be among the most people ever flown in the C-17, a massive military cargo plane that has been operated by the U.S. and its allies for nearly three decades. Flight tracking software shows the plane belongs to the 436th Air Wing, based at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware.

The C-17, using the call sign Reach 871, was not intending to take on such a large load, but panicked Afghans who had been cleared to evacuate pulled themselves onto the C-17’s half-open ramp, a video posted late Sunday showed.

That C-17 isn’t the only one that took more citizens and civilians that they could handle. Those troops are saving lives as best they can. They are doing so while Joe Biden whisper yells into the microphone about how fabulous it was that HE got Bin Laden! Except that Joe did NOT want Bin Laden found and killed. 

Our troops are doing their damndest right now and what does Joe Biden continue to do?? Blame everyone else for his own decisions.

Joe Biden and all of his handlers are a major disgrace and they are putting this country in danger. Every single military general at the Pentagon, every person at the State Department, and anyone and everyone in the intelligence community along with Joe himself should answer THESE questions. 

U.S. military/intelligence leaders are directly responsible for the biggest intelligence failure since Tet in 1968. How did the Taliban plan, organize, position, and execute this massive offensive nation wide offensive under the noses of USMIL, CIA, DIA, NDS, ANDSF, etc.?

The reality is, the Taliban is now going house to house to A. Find anyone who supported US troops and arrest or kill them. B. Confiscate all weapons because the Taliban will keep everyone “safe.” 

There are also multiple reports that girls are being targeted to become wives of Taliban soldiers as PAYMENT for the Taliban’s good deeds. 

But what does Joe do? Tells the world that, what is happening in Afghanistan is their fault. 

Meanwhile, as his speech concluded, Joe Biden was supposed to take some carefully scripted, vetted and approved questions. Instead he walked out of the room. 

After casually and cruelly insisting that what is happening in Afghanistan isn’t HIS fault, it is THEIR fault…he’s hopping Marine One to back to Camp David for the rest of his vacation. 

Afghanistan is imploding and it’s Joe’s fault.
