McMaster Hearts Susan Rice As WH Leakers Jeopardize The U.S. And World Leaders [VIDEO]

The Executive Branch is in big trouble these days and quite frankly it has nothing to do with President Trump’s godawful Twitter rants.

Problem 1. H.R. McMaster. He fired Trump WH employees who are pro-Israel and against the Iran Deal. Why? Legal Insurrection notes that the slow-motion coup is picking up steam with McMaster’s help.

Jacobsen also points out that McMaster is not a fan of bringing the Iran Deal to a halt, which is ludicrous since Iran has BLATANTLY violated the deal from the beginning! This from Caroline Glick is equally unsettling:

Many of you will remember that a few days before Trump’s visit to Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu – בנימין נתניהו and his advisers were blindsided when the Americans suddenly told them that no Israeli official was allowed to accompany Trump to the Western Wall.
What hasn’t been reported is that it was McMaster who pressured Trump to agree not to let Netanyahu accompany him to the Western Wall. At the time, I and other reporters were led to believe that this was the decision of rogue anti-Israel officers at the US consulate in Jerusalem. But it wasn’t. It was McMaster.

Now we find out that McMaster let Susan Rice KEEP her security clearance so she could access anything within the Trump Administration at any time!

“I hereby waive the requirement that you must have a ‘need-to-know’ to access any classified information contained in items you ‘originated, reviewed, signed or received while serving,’ as National Security Adviser,” the letter said. The letter also states that the “NSC will continue to work with you to ensure the appropriate security clearance documentation remains on file to allow you access to classified information.”

That is SO wrong on every level.

Keep in mind, Susan Rice is one of the key figures currently UNDER investigation for the unmasking activities during the campaign. Yet McMaster has concluded she did nothing wrong. OH REALLY? There should be serious red flags flying with McMaster protecting the Obama hold-overs over Trump hires while insisting there is no such thing as an Obama hold-over.

Problem 2: THE LEAKS

Yesterday the Washington Post gleefully published a story giving specific details of President Trump’s confidential conversations with multiple foreign leaders. The Atlantic’s David Frum, NOT a fan of President Trump, had this to say.

Leaking the transcript of a presidential call to a foreign leader is unprecedented, shocking, and dangerous. It is vitally important that a president be able to speak confidentially—and perhaps even more important that foreign leaders understand that they can reply in confidence.

Thursday’s leak to The Washington Post of President Trump’s calls with the president of Mexico and the prime minister of Australia will reverberate around the world. No leader will again speak candidly on the phone to Washington, D.C.—at least for the duration of this presidency, and perhaps for longer. If these calls can be leaked, any call can be leaked—and no leader dare say anything to the president of the United States that he or she would not wish to read in the news at home.

This is, as William Jacobsen at Legal Insurrection points out, is part and parcel of a major campaign dedicated to undermining Trump. These leaks jeopardize ALL of us. The leaks put our country AND our allies at risk.

The McMaster agenda seemingly involves catering to Obama hold-overs and dangerous people such as Susan Rice. Furthermore, far too many unnamed people in the White House are doing everything they can to make President Trump look bad. Only problem is, the end result means this entire country and everyone else is at risk because of personal animus towards one person.

VG blogger Jenny wrote an excellent post yesterday. This line is completely on point.

The State strangles us and America lets us breathe.

Are McMasters and the leakers actions strangling us or letting us breathe? I know the answer to that, do you?

There appears to be crimes, quite possibly treason, that are not being investigated. Seems our ‘shadow’ government is acting with impunity and getting away with it. Are they frightened that the 18 election will see a further shift to the right? Could their crusade toward globalism be halted? Do they see their elitist status in jeopardy? And finally, do they think we’ll sit quietly and allow this to happen? Seems, from my vantage point the answer is yes but I think they’re wrong on us sitting by quietly.

Except for one little problem – as far as I know there is absolutelyNO provision for waiving that requirement anywhere within the law. It is a fundamental principle of “limited access” and “access to classified” that you have to have a need to know.

There is no limited access program if there is no “need to know” requirement. That letter is illegal at best and should get McMasters fired the day before yesterday. And it damned well should get him locked up under the relevant classified access statutes.

Honestly, we’ve descended into autocracy – Rule of Men has eliminated Rule of Law entirely. Our lives and fortunes are at the whims of the technocrats.

This is considered a feature, not a bug.

The Deep State are in violation of their oath and are enemies of freedom. I only know one answer for willful enemies of the Tree of Liberty – watering the tree.

GWB, and Nina, I don’t claim to be an expert, or even knowledgeable on such subjects, but I did some digging, and found on “Weekly Standard” that this is pretty much standard practice, that McMasters had done this for all other folks from the previous admin. and it has been standard practice before now as well, for reasons of continuity. There can certainly be concerns about this, but I’d recommend checking this out, just for some perspective on things..

    • GWB says:

Allowing folks to keep their clearance for a time so they can be helpful in transition is normal practice. But they do that because it is judged the person on the way out has a need to know. They don’t (or shouldn’t) waive that need to know.

Waiving the need to know would violate statute.

      • Nina says:

Keeping their clearance for a time is ok. But keeping their clearance well into this summer? The letter he wrote was in April. Why did she need clearance into April?

Modified clearance with restrictions in place until the end of February perhaps. But for several months after? I’m not a fan no matter who it is or what administration is in place.

  • Scott says:

Copy that, Like I said, i’m no expert, just going off that article
