Vote for Trump, Save the Republic

I would like to encourage everyone to vote for Donald Trump for President. Do not abstain from voting the top of the ticket. Don’t hold your nose and vote for Donald Trump. Vote for, in the most positive sense, Donald Trump. I would like to beg, especially the Never Trump types, to vote FOR Donald Trump.

I am well aware that the election is over. Madam President is ready to move in to the White House and plotting her revenge on “The Deplorables” The Never Trumpers have already begun the recriminations. I got it.

Please let me tell you why you should vote for Donald Trump. We must save The Republic. We don’t live in a democracy. We live in a Constitutional Republic.

QUOTATION: “Well, Doctor, what have we got—a Republic or a Monarchy?”

“A Republic, if you can keep it.”
ATTRIBUTION: The response is attributed to BENJAMIN FRANKLIN—at the close of the Constitutional Convention of 1787, when queried as he left Independence Hall on the final day of deliberation—in the notes of Dr. James McHenry, one of Maryland’s delegates to the Convention.

Kurt Schlichter of Town Hall has written a great article called “Stop Hillary“. He writes:

I was not happy to vote for Donald Trump, but Hillary Clinton must be stopped. She and her coterie of soft-handed, Chardonnay-sipping fascists are, in equal parts, malignant and stupid, and many of us believe her hate-fueled pogrom against normal Americans will stand a significant chance of leading to real civil conflict. I’ve seen with my own eyes what horror awaits at the bottom of the slippery slope of corruption and oppression, and I’ve warned of it again and again. This dumb woman’s personal psychodramas are poised to fuel a rocket sled ride downward to disaster.

I am not going to hold my nose and vote for Donald Trump. I will proudly vote for Donald Trump for President. Here is why:

1. Donald Trump is one of us. He does not get to sit at the cool kids table like Hillary Clinton does and he is fine with that. He is a “bridge and tunnel” guy from Queens, NY. The “bridge and tunnel crowd” is so named because they have to take a bridge or drive through a tunnel to get to New York City. They are “not our kind, dear”.

trump-tower

I remember the first time that I stood in front of Trump Tower. After gawking at the Trump Tower, I turned around and there was the posh upper class store, Henri Bendel, across the street and to my right was an entrance to Central Park. I thought to myself, “This is a thumb in the eye to anyone who ever told him he couldn’t be a big time builder.” That was about 25 years ago. He was not my first choice for President, but I have admired him as a business man for years.

2. He will hire the very best people. If you take a look at Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, they are always surrounded by creeptacular toadies. That is because in their heart of hearts both Obama and Hillary know they don’t have the brain power between them of sea sponge. In order to keep up their brainiac poses, they have to have obsequious courtiers always surrounding them. The dumber, the better.

Donald Trump loves the United States of America. He wants to win and he wants the United States of America to win.

From the Kurt Schlichter article:

Hillary is a waddling, half-sloshed constitutional crisis just waiting to happen. She is evil, and she hates people like you and me. She wants to enrich herself and her cronies while hurting us – those are the key drivers of her policy schemes. She will push and push, never imagining the consequence of her campaigns to impoverish us and steal our freedoms is that it will inevitably provoke her victims to push back.

Donald Trump will listen to the best and brightest. He won’t listen to “The Ruling Class” because he knows they hate him and America. The son of a Scottish immigrant Donald Trump got his love of the USA from his mother.

3. Donald Trump has been changed and humbled by this run for the Presidency. You can see it and you can hear it in his voice. He is still brash with an ego that could consume Manhattan. You want to build in New York City. You better be a street fighter ready to go as dirty as possible. I will take a vulgar man over a corrupt woman.

You want to turn the Ship of State around and avoid that big old iceberg named “Collapse”. You better elect a street fighter.

He is a winner.

Donald Trump didn’t have a clue what he was getting into when he began his Presidential Run. But, he is a quick learner.

Please. Please. Vote for Donald Trump. Save our Republic.

I’ve a number of reasons to cast my vote for Donald Trump to be President of The United States of America. One of these is Mike Pence.

Consider for a moment this 57-year old man who is a politician, one who is a conservative. Why would he take such a risk with his career? Given circumstances what they were when he was offered the spot on the ticket, I think it was a very risky decision on his part. Had this gone south, his career in politics just might be over. Yet, something more.

Early on, I kept asking myself what did he see in Trump that I, and others, wasn’t. Surely, Mike Pence is no dummy. And, I don’t believe he need to take such a risk to feed his ego. He’s a solid individual.

Not to draw this out, the best reason I’ve come up with is that the Trump we’ve been seeing and hearing is the Trump that Mike Pence got to know in private. Trump has his flaws and rough edges, for sure. Yet, once he and whoever assisted started to smooth the some, he became more focused, more likable, and I was more comfortable with the thought of him being in the Oval Office. And, I daresay, if this had begun a couple of weeks earlier or there were a couple of weeks left in the campaign, it would be a no contest with Trump a solid choice. Of course, as yet, he just might well be anyway.

I know he is for me. Trump/Pence 2016!

I have a lot of good reasons to NOT vote for Trump. But I have a LOT MORE good reasons to NOT vote for Hillary.

There’s really only one advantage to voting for HRC: she will be greasing the zip line on our basket-ride to hell. Which means we can get over the decline part of the journey much faster and perhaps go directly to fighting to get our country back.

  • A great deal of individuals are not novice students either.
