Being a member-in-good-standing of the Left is no protection when the Left moves the goal posts and you find you missed the memo.

The voracious and vicious Trans movement has sprinted into a dominating force well beyond its tiny demographic. It has cowed or enlisted government agencies, corporations, school boards, sports and academia in a manner unimagined even a mere 15 years ago. It is destroying lives, targeting minors and vulnerable youth and is willing to lie, cheat and gaslight to maintain the momentum into turning sex from a biological reality into a political diktat.

Again, the toxic trans-rights-activists (TRAs) on social media rule the day

Singer Macy Gray triggered the woke mob after making a declaration about transgenderism and what actually makes someone a woman.

"Just because you go change your parts, doesn't make you a woman, sorry."

Gray actually states the obvious — even castration doesn’t make a man into a woman. QUELLE HORRORS! Bring out the brickbats!

Unfortunately, it didn’t take long for the social media beatings for Gray to start groveling even as this demonic movement never forgives any transgression. The unbowed, pro-woman J.K. Rowling made her view quite clear.

Rowling has been a huge thorn in the side of TRAs for some time. As no one has been able to cancel the original books, she has some very serious eff-you money. It has shown her, too, who are the weak ninnies who pretended to be her friends.

And even being rabidly super-woke is no protection if you don’t follow the Leftwing diktats to the letter. Midler expressed alarm at how even the word “woman” has become taboo when talking about, you know, things that are definitionally exclusive to women.

It should be noted that Panti Bliss is the stage name of Rory O’Neill, an Irish drag queen who has channeled his misogyny into a career of doing what is for women what blackface is for black folk. And least you think this was just a one-off or exclusive to social media, this is how Leftwing HuffPo wrote about it:

Inclusive language is a way of acknowledging and respecting the diverse ways people express their gender and sexuality. Advocacy groups and other proponents of inclusive language for pregnancy argue it doesn’t exclude women to acknowledge all people who can get pregnant.

Tut-tut, Bette, you failed to live up to being all inclusive when you refuse to erase yourself as a woman. You’re really nothing more than a meatsack with a front-hole.

We admit a bit of schadenfreude at Midler’s dilemma. She’s been a rather vocal voice of incoherent Left authoritarianism for some time and now she discovers herself on the receiving end of similar hostility. Will it change her views? Not hardly. She’s got the intellectual heft of an after-dinner drink and emoting outrage at fake things like a bad imitation of Emily Litella means never being corrected on the facts when you’re a Lefty.

TERF, TRAs shout at Midler today. How long before she offers up an arm or leg to appease the T-monster is anyone’s guess.

Maybe J.K. Rowling should try her hand at penning a different kind of Handmaid tale. This one where women are beaten into submission for daring to want to keep their rights as women.
