This Fight Is Not About Donald Trump

By now you have all heard the Supreme Court of the United States, tucked tail and refused to hear the Texas lawsuit challenging the results in four states of the 2020 Presidential Election. If you haven’t heard, our Kim wrote a post about this betrayal and you can read it here. Right away, lily livered, yellow bellied, Swamp Dwellers bellowed that it’s all over and we Trumplicans need to get on the Biden Train. News Flash! This fight is not about Donald Trump.

Exhibit One is Byron York. York has a post in the Washington Examiner titled “Time for Trump to stop”. That’s York’s first mistake. Donald Trump is not leading this fight. If Trump were to concede tomorrow, “We the People” would still be fighting mad. York wrote:

Despite it all, Trump accomplished an enormous number of things — in terms of achievements, his was certainly the most impressive Republican presidency since Ronald Reagan. But the voters’ mood, fueled by a frenzied media, turned against him. Now, after the Supreme Court decision, he can no longer sustain challenges to that verdict. It’s time to move on.

Move on, my Aunt Fanny. Why in cornbread hell should we move on? York, himself, admits serious and, most likely, nefarious problems with the 2020 Presidential Election:

That’s not to say Republicans have not uncovered serious problems with the way some states conducted their elections. To take one example, as the Trump legal team has pointed out, the actions of ballot counters at the State Farm Arena in Fulton County, Georgia, on election night are suspicious and need investigation. The official explanation of events has changed, and there should be a trustworthy accounting of what happened. There are questionable events in other states that need to be pursued as well. By whom? It seems unlikely many in the press will be interested. Perhaps a conservative philanthropist could endow an Institute for the Study of the 2020 Election. Seriously — elections leave an enormous trail of data that can take a long time to analyze. Given the questions surrounding this election, especially involving the exponential increase in voting by mail, it is important that the data be scrutinized, if only for the purpose of preserving public trust in the nation’s institutions.

Well, isn’t that a Swamp-style answer. Let’s set up an Institute to study the 2020 Grand Theft Election. Preserve “public trust” in any of the nation’s institutions? Don’t make me laugh. That horse has left the barn, jumped the paddock fence and gotten hit by a bus on the highway. From all the evidence that’s been uncovered former President Obama, the FBI, the CIA, all of the news organizations and Big Tech all colluded to bring a coup against President Donald Trump.

Mr. York, there are some things worth fighting for and this fight is worth it. This fight is not about Donald Trump. This is about First Principles. This is about Thomas Jefferson and the Declaration of Independence:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.—That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,—

If the election was stolen, as I believe it was, then there is no “consent of the governed”. Rand Paul made a similar point on Twitter and got flagged:

The Declaration of Independence was our call for separation from the British. Our contract as a Nation is laid out in The Constitution. The Preamble to The Constitution:

“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

“Domestic tranquility” is gone. Cities are threatened and under attack by anarchists, Socialists and Fascists. The Left wants to “defund the police” even if they only say it quietly among themselves. And, forget about securing the “Blessings of Liberty”. The Left doesn’t want us to be free. They want us to shut up and follow orders or else we will go to before the Truth and Reconciliation Council. Where is that in The Constitution?

The call from the Left for “unity” is just a call for us to shut up.

If you want to go along with the program and achieve unity with the Left, you are only hoping that they will come for you last.

No. Some things, like First Principles, are worth fighting for. This fight is worth it. This isn’t about Donald Trump. This is about the bitter, clinging, deplorable, smelly, chumps who go to work every day in jobs that aren’t glamorous. The factory workers, truck drivers, plumbers, electricians, and small business owners who are struggling in this pandemic. These people were working the backsides off while the ruling class was plotting to steal the election.

C. J. Pearson and Daniel Bostic of the Walk Away Campaign explained it on November 16 at the Million MAGA March:

If we let Big Tech, the Media Industrial Complex and the talking heads convince us to roll over and let them steal this election, there will never be another free election. Study the election. That’s so not funny.

This Country is worth this fight. Byron York can roll over and hope they shoot him last. I would rather die on my feet than on my knees. We have been engaged in a Civil War for several decades. Time to pick your side.

    I want President Trump to use his EO to do whatever it takes to stay in office. Biden is totally corrupt and in the pocket of Xi Jinping. If this election fraud is allowed to stand, there will never be another honest election and we will have lost a war that cost the US 250,000 casualties without firing a shot. As far as I’m concerned, if President Trump isn’t President on Jan. 20, the legitimate government of the U.S. leaves with him. I have already started questioning people who might do business with me about who they voted for. Anyone that voted for the fraud is automatically disqualified.

    One more thing: I would like to see both Barr and Sessions tried, convicted and shot for treason. I’d pay good money to be on the firing squad that dispatched both those bastards to Hell.

    Byron York exposes himself as either simply another Swamp-rat, or dumb as a brick. Maybe he’s not a ‘Rat-rat, but comfortable with ‘Rats in power, ruining the country, because his cushy position is secure.
    York is a step up from the #NeverTrump National Review turncoats like Rich “the Louse” Lowry, etc. (he doesn’t have a grimy tin-cup extended down on The Bowery…yet). NONE of them apparently understand the stakes for We The People. NONE of them view this battle as EXISTENTIAL.
    They are in their “bubble” in NYC and D.C. They haven’t a CLUE what “real Life” in these states is about. They have NO PROBLEM with We The People as sheep and chattel. They are comfy on their cushy rear-ends regardless.

    I’m mad as hell and don’t want to take it anymore, but I am looking for “action items”. What can I do? Like the chef who was a guest on Tucker Carlson’s show asked, who will lead the fight? He challenged Tucker (who dodged the question BTW) to lead, given that Tucker, along with all the other talking heads, knows the opposition, has the following, and the information to get in front…

    Yeah, this is not about Donald Trump. But he’s the man in the arena … and to be perfectly honest, he’s not fighting well.

    He’s like the fighter who keeps using the same favored combination of punches and kicks even though his opponent has clearly figured out how to neutralize them and even launch counter-attacks.

    It’s time to abandon the lawsuits and instead go for forensic evidence. The Federal government has jurisdiction over any election with a Federal office on the ballot.

    With all the red flags observed and sworn to in this election, the Trump Administration has more than enough probable cause to launch an investigation, and the President can cite exigent circumstances and literally order the seizure of the ballots, machines, records, etc. in every one of the affected states for examination.

    The fact that the Electors met today makes absolutely no difference if Trump were to present forensic evidence that Biden and Harris’ margin of victory came from fraudulent votes.

    So, I’m imploring, if you have any way of getting someone with any connection to anyone with clout in the Administration, have them take a look at the above video (before YouTube takes it down) and have the President give the necessary orders.
