When President Donald Trump won in 2016, he didn’t realize that he had caused a rift in the fabric of The Swamp. He believed as President that he would pick the best people to advise him and they would help him Make America Great Again. Wrong-o. His team went behind his back in every way possible. This time, Trump is not a neophyte in The Swamp. This time, he has assembled The Patriot Team. He has a team of subject matter experts who will have his back.

If you watched the Madison Square Garden Rally last night, you saw a marathon of Trump friends and future team members. Despite what the Democrat Media Industrial Complex wants you to believe, it was diverse and joyful. I linked it. You decide. And, our Nina wrote up the calls of fascism about the rally: “The Shameful Hysteria Over Trump’s Supposedly Fascist MSG Rally”.

When Trump’s Transition Team put together his Administration, they and Trump relied on Establishment Republicans because they were Swamp neophytes. The team bought what the Establishment Republicans sold them. We got General Mark Milley and General John Kelly. Perfumed Princes of the Pentagon who think their poo doesn’t stink. They thought that Trump was a nepo rich guy who was a fluke. They thought they would tell Trump what to do and that the War Machine would continue running smoothly. Trump is smart and doesn’t worship the War Machine. They are still mad.

You're so right. Even if it wasn't Trump's intent when he hired the likes of Milley and Kelly, exposing thier ineptness and corruption was an unexpected good result. His gift keeps on giving every time they open thier mouths.

In 2020, he got done in by all the dead wood in his administration. This time, he’ll have The Patriot Team. As Kurt Schlichter wrote in Townhall:

Don’t think he is going to allow a bunch of invertebrates into his administration again, people who have zero interest in pursuing the American First agenda. He’s experienced the betrayals of these creatures, the leaks, the lies, and the undermining from within. He sees and understands that the people who the establishment tells you are above approach and have endless integrity are usually the scummiest. I’m talking about the Comeys, the Muellers, the Kellys, the Boltons, the Cheneys, all those trash mandarins of a failed regime who got into power with Trump and immediately began sabotaging the policies the American people had voted for.

Of course, Trump is going to be accused of only appointing yes-men, but if they are saying “Yes” to the America First agenda, that’s a solid positive.

Difference is Trump has America First instincts. Biden never cared about America. If only Joe Biden didn’t have all yes men. maybe we wouldn’t have had the Abbey Gate massacre. That kind of deadly stupidity is not part of The Patriot Team drawn to Trump.

In his Townhall piece, Kurt talked about the genius of The Patriot Team: Elon Musk. All I want is for him to Twitterfy the Federal Government:

We need make government work better, meaning cut the fed payroll and slash regulations. Expect to see Elon Musk put in charge of some sort of government efficiency board. Elon Musk is famous for walking into Twitter and firing 80% of the layabouts and bums on the payroll, loafers who who spent most of their time Tik Tokking. Twitter is now better than ever with a fraction of the overhead, and it is a bastion of free speech. Oh yeah, by the time Trump leaves office, this government will be once again dedicated to free speech.

Hopefully, there is a place for Tulsi Gabbard in the government. As a woman warrior, she knows the costs of unwinnable wars. Secretary of Defense? I don’t know. She was great last night.
