Trump’s SOTU Address was last night and the usual suspects and sourpusses showed up. Trump, in his Trump fashion, went after and eviscerated the Democrats as only he knows how.

Senator Mark Warner walked out. Al Green got booted out. Rashida Tlaib wore a “F–k ICE” pin on her lapel.Trump lauded the military, paid tribute to the late Charlie Kirk and unveiled new economic policies. He also mentioned and honored Anna Zarutska, whose daughter, Iryna, was stabbed multiple times by a madman on a train and left to die.

[Iryna’s killer] stood up and viciously slashed a knife through her neck and body. No one will ever forget, the people on that train. No one will ever forget the expression of terror on Iryna’s face as she looked up at her attacker in the last seconds of her life. She died instantly.

She had escaped a brutal war only to be slain by a hardened criminal, set free to kill in America.

Mrs. Zarutska, tonight I promise you that we will ensure justice for your magnificent daughter, Iryna.”-Donald. Trump

Trump gestured towards the sitting Democrats who remained on their keisters whilst others applauded and stood, out of respect for Anna Zarutska and her daughter. Really, guys, how do you not stand?

Then, Trump asked attendees to stand if they believed that our country should protect Americans before illegals.

There they were. The Democrats. All sitting on their asses.

How do they not stand? It’s easy when you take the side of the thug who was arrested at least 14 times. It’s easy when you allow illegal criminals over our borders to carry out gang activity to include drug dealing, prostitution, child trafficking and murder on our city streets. It’s easy when the priority is the criminals and not the hard-working Americans or immigrants (who care here legitimately) trying to make an honest living in the U.S.A., like Iryna Zarutska.

When a 99 yr old war veteran can stand on multiple occasions and didn’t fall asleep.

When a Helicopter Pilot who had his legs shot up, still completed the mission and could walk in and stand, walker and all.

When a National Guardsman who was shot and only by a miracle survived…

Last night’s recap would not be complete without hearing from the other side.Nancy Pelosi called his speech “lazy“:

I thought the speech was lazy. You know, it’s one thing to acknowledge patriotism and people getting well and everything when you have absolutely nothing to do with their courage or the rest, but you spend an hour and a half doing it… what is the state of the nation?”-Nancy Pelosi

Go have a vodka and a Valium, Nance. The woman would not know patriotism if it smacked her between her overly-Botoxed forehead.

And here’s what Salon had to say about the SOTU:

In a rambling speech that included cameos from the U.S. men’s hockey team, several military commendations and numerous shout-outs to conservative cause célèbre crime stories, Trump railed against his detractors in the Democratic Party and his allies at the Supreme Court.”-Alex Galbraith, Salon

So THAT must have been why the Democrats did not stand up. Trump was “rambling”. Trump was just “reciting” another cause célèbre crime story. This is what they have reduced this horrific stabbing of a young woman on a train down to. A “cause célèbre crime story”. By the way, those “several military commendations” also deserved a noteworthy round of applause and, yes, a person rising to their feet! And, a rambling speech? Really? After 4 freaking years of Biden and Kamala Harris’ campaign of word salads, I don’t want to hear anything about “rambling”, here.

But they SAT there. Stone-cold and smug-faced. Some heckled with venom, like Ilhan Omar. Others, like Hakeem Jeffries, practiced “silent defiance“.

Except, the Democrats, the “party of education”, could not connect the dots on this one. Their “silent defiance” and sitting on their dead derrieres was in protest to the very American people they claim to champion. It was defiant of anything Donald Trump because it came out of Donald Trump’s mouth. They are so caught up in their TDS that they choose not to do something that may put them in a better light, like standing for the mother of young woman who was killed by a psycho-on the streets because of liberal criminal policies put into place by Democrats. By THEM. Their childish behavior was, once again, on display for our whole nation (and other nations) to see. They have made it abundantly clear that they are not for the American people. Not at all.

Democrats may have suffered their party’s biggest loss in history with one line. The campaigns wrote themselves tonight.

So, how do they not stand? They don’t care. They never did. This is the Democrat party of now. Never mind the sitting down or the standing up. They have not stood for years. This was just the obvious coming into the light. Their warm, fuzzy, socialist agendas have effectively sucked out their souls. They are shells of human beings.

Yet, we still wonder why our society is the way it is. They have infiltrated pop culture, our communities and, yes, our schools. A cadaver has more of a pulse than these indurate humans. Screw standing or sitting. They may as well lie down and play dead.
