Well, bless their little pea-pickin’ hearts. In case you haven’t heard, Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders met some Mom friends for lunch. The welcoming and tolerant Left was delirious with joy. That’s not entirely true. The restaurant staff stewed and muttered until the Sanders’ party was asked to leave and did. Yes, that is the welcoming and tolerant Left. What did they think she was going to do? Hex them with her Conservatism?

According to Fox News:

Republican Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders is speaking out over an incident in a restaurant in her home state where she says she was treated rudely and asked to leave by staff while having lunch.

“Last week I was having lunch with two other moms at a restaurant when the owner approached a member of the State Police Executive Protection Detail and said my presence made their employees feel threatened and told us to leave,” Sanders said in a statement Thursday about her recent dining experience at The Croissanterie restaurant in Little Rock, Arkansas.

“Arkansans are known for their warm hospitality, and while that restaurant certainly doesn’t meet that standard, my administration will continue to focus on lifting Arkansans up, not tearing others down with discrimination and hate.”

Now, Arkansas isn’t Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, most of Tennessee and a few parts of Virginia known for hospitality. That day, the Arkansans of that restaurant were more Connecticut. Privately owned businesses reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. But once you agree to serve someone, you best go full on or you disgrace yourself. If your other guests are petulant, offer them a free drink or dessert.

I know that is old-fashioned thinking and will earn me no virtue signaling points but so be it.

Why are these young Gay folk angry, feral bullies? Because victim culture is prized. There is no respect for other “victims”. You must be the most victimized to win.

This video starts out with mention of the “proudly Progressive Owners? Did Governor Sanders say that? Did the owners say that? Did an intern at the station write that for the news reader to recite?

The owners really wanted this put out in the world this way? It does not make the LGBTQIA2S look the best. Here are the owners:

Going to get a cuppa or nibble after drop off with other Moms is a joy. The Croissanterie is a joy-suck. From KARK, here is the owners’ response:

The owners of The Croissanterie released the following statement on Thursday afternoon:

“When Governor Sanders arrived unannounced, staff served her and her party without interruption.

As her security presence became more visible in the dining room, some employees and guests expressed discomfort. After the party completed their meal, a member of the security detail was quietly asked to help conclude the visit in line with our standard 90-minute table policy.

If they had tried to make a reservation, they would have been denied? Were the security personnel blow up and they expanded or did a battalion of them arrive. Standard 90 minute table policy? I take back my snipe about Connecticut. We would take up several tables at the diner in Fairfield, Connecticut not far from The Unquowa School for several hours. Mindful, of course, to watch if the restaurant needed those tables. I guess Wendy McDonald and Jill Schay gave a test to the Mothers with Sarah Sanders. Were the other two Mothers White or Two-Spirit? Did the owners scour social media for their policy positions?

Former White House propagandist Sarah Huckabee Sanders was sworn in as Governor of Arkansas just two weeks ago and she’s already launched an attack on LGBTQ+ people.

One of Sanders’ very first acts as the chief executive of the fourth poorest state in the nation was to ban state agencies from using the gender-neutral term “Latinx.”

Per AP:

Sanders called the word “culturally insensitive” in an order that’s prompted complaints from some critics who view it as yet another attack by Republicans on the LGBTQ community. Yet her move may have limited impact, given that the word does not appear to be widely used in Arkansas government.

It was among several orders the 40-year-old former White House press secretary signed within hours of taking office that were cheered by conservatives, including restrictions on teaching critical race theory in public schools and banning TikTok on state devices. The Latinx prohibition gives agencies 60 days to revise written materials to comply.

“One of the things as governor that I will not permit is the government using culturally insensitive words,” Sanders said after signing the order.

All nouns in the Spanish language are gendered. In recent years, the term “Latinx” was introduced as a gender-neutral alternative to “Latino” and “Latina.” While many members of the LGBTQ+ community have welcomed the new term, others find unnecessary, and some have refused to embrace it.

They need Jesus. Bless their little pea-pickin’ hearts. Arkansans need to shut down The Croissanterie. Who needs woke with a side of attitude.
