So whom did MSNBC trot out to report on a story about Gen. Michael Flynn spreading “fake news?”
Brian Williams.
Yes, that Brian Williams. The anchor who was removed from the NBC Nightly News for . . . let’s say, padding his resumé.
Like his claim that he was with SEAL Team Six in Iraq when his helicopter took on fire.
Fake.
Or when he saw dead bodies floating in New Orleans’s French Quarter during Hurricane Katrina.
Also phony.
Or was at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin when the Wall came down.
Oopsie. Another whopper.
So for the guy who is the poster child for lying about witnessing history. . .
. . . and for facing down enemies with our nation’s finest warriors. . .
. . . he has a lot of chutzpah to call out Gen. Flynn for passing “fake news.”
