Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who should’ve been deported by now, is waltzing around Maryland making TikTok videos.

Why is he back in Maryland? Because of activist judges. 

Salvadoran migrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia was released from federal custody Friday in Tennessee and is slated to return to his family in Maryland, though his legal proceedings are far from over.

Abrego Garcia, who was charged earlier this year with transporting illegal immigrants in the U.S., will remain in the custody of his brother. The charges stemmed from a 2022 traffic stop, but court filings later revealed the investigation began while he was jailed in El Salvador, raising questions about how the probe was conducted.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Barbara Holmes on Friday issued an order in the Middle District of Tennessee setting the conditions of Abrego Garcia’s release, placing him in his brother’s custody as a third-party custodian ahead of trial. He must wear an electronic monitoring device, check in with Pretrial Services in Maryland and report there no later than 10 a.m. on Aug. 25.

I’m sure once he got back, he and Senator Chris Van Hollen had margaritas during a backyard BBQ. Right? 

Currently, a judge is reviewing his case to determine if the government has been “vindictive” against Garcia. 

Lawyers for Kilmar Abrego Garcia have asked a federal judge in Nashville to dismiss his criminal case entirely, arguing in a new filing Thursday that the Trump administration failed to provide the necessary discovery or to allow key witness testimony during a two-day evidentiary hearing next week.

U.S. District Judge Waverly Crenshaw scheduled the upcoming hearing to weigh Abrego Garcia’s request that his criminal case be dismissed on the grounds of “vindictive” and selective prosecution by the government.

Crenshaw ruled earlier this month that Abrego Garcia had established a “realistic likelihood” of vindictiveness in his criminal case, which was initiated by the Justice Department while he was detained in El Salvador earlier this year.

Oh, so now following the law and trying to deport someone who is here illegally is…vindictive? Give me a freaking break. 

What’s also egregious about all these latest rulings is that the DHS and the government as a whole have been placed under a gag order. The case cannot be discussed publicly at all.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia is asking a federal judge to order Attorney General Pam Bondi and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem to stop publicly attacking him as his criminal trial on immigrant smuggling charges approaches.

The request submitted Thursday to U.S. District Judge Waverly Crenshaw in Nashville is the third time defense attorneys have complained that public statements from government officials are threatening Abrego’s right to a fair trial. It follows a torrent of invective in recent days from President Donald Trump, Noem, Bondi and other close Trump allies, who have leveled salacious allegations against Abrego that he fervently denies.

You can darned well bet that’s not the only video he’s filmed and posted on TikTok. Furthermore, it wouldn’t surprise me if he’s on other social media platforms as well. I’d certainly be curious to know what’s contained on his social footprint. What is he posting? Is HE being critical of our government? I bet so. 

Yet our government is under a gag order and can’t respond to this latest news.

Democrats and leftist judges have a major crush on illegal immigrants. Especially those who have ties to MS-13, engage in human trafficking, are abusers, murderers, and more. 

Now Kilmar Abrego Garcia is mocking the United States with his TikTok antics. That’s just great.
