British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer is visiting the White House today to discuss the Russian War on Ukraine and other subjects. Fortunately, for Starmer, he came with an invitation for a second State Visit from King Charles III which should help the meeting begin well. With a Scottish-born mother Trump loves Great Britain and has a special place in his heart for the late Queen Elizabeth II. The President and Veep J.D. Vance will lunch with the Prime Minister at the White House.
Sir Keir Starmer has proclaimed he is an anti-Monarchist for two decades. A decade ago, he accepted a Knighthood from that Monarchy. He said after becoming PM, he said that his party would always stand up for the pensioners (retirees) and then cut the Winter Fuel Payments. Sir Keir's Labour Government Ministers make healthy salaries and seem to have more than one home. When looking for needed austerity, our English cousins are much the same as the fools in our government.
The Telegraph wrote this about Keir Starmer:
Keir Starmer’s visit to the White House this week is fraught with risk and could easily turn into a humiliation. One of the most unpopular and least impressive British prime ministers in decades, Starmer will be meeting with a revolutionary US president who doesn’t suffer fools gladly. Donald Trump could not be further away in both style and substance from his British socialist counterpart, and in terms of ideology the two leaders are worlds apart.
While Starmer remains slavishly wedded to the UN, International Criminal Court, the European Convention on Human Rights, and – strikingly – the European Union post-Brexit, Trump thinks in terms of nation-states, national sovereignty, and reining in supranational institutions. In many respects, Starmer is the embodiment of the out-of-touch elites who were swept out of power with the fall of the Biden presidency.
Watch this video of Starmer handing Trump the letter with the second State Visit:
Trump was solicitous of Her Late Majesty and she was fond of Trump, Plus Trump got on well with Prince William at the reopening of Notre Dame Cathedral. Trump forearm blocked Starmer from getting in too close.
Trumps @POTUS left arm stopped @Keir_Starmer from hugging him. That special Relationship has gone Trump @POTUS doesn't trust Starmer. Quite Frankly neither would I. Starmer and his government have blown it. The USA are not being taken for mugs again. https://t.co/B6lnyHzKdq

" target="_blank">The Express, the meeting in the Oval Office was very friendly with UK Foreign Minister on one couch and SecState Marco Rubio and Veep J.D. Vance across from him:
In an extraordinary 30-minute love-in inside the famous Presidential office, Mr Trump gave a strong hint that Britain could escape the punishing tariffs he has threatened to impose on the EU.
He hailed Brexit and signalled that a peace deal for Ukraine could be struck soon.
Mr Trump also said he is “inclined to go along with” the UK’s Chagos Islands deal and said they would be having discussions about the deal during their meeting.
Remember that hard corps speech J.D. Vance gave at the Munich Security Conference warning Europe about criminalizing free speech? Yes, that came up today with J.D. sitting there. Starmer said that Great Britain has a long history of free speech.
WOW! JD Vance CALLS OUT British Prime Minister Keir Starmer to his face:
“I said what I said. There have been infringements on Free Speech that actually affect not just the British people, but also American technology companies and American citizens.”

Hmmm. Like Biden and Merrick Garland, Starmer and London Mayor Sadiq Khan don't like White people speaking.
Starmer deservedly called out by Vice President Vance for infringements on free speech. He lies that Britain HAS free speech—just days after the British state jailed a man for sending rude emails to Sadiq Khan and Jess Phillips. Laughable and embarrassing. https://t.co/b3dNcWLEIc

The real discussions will come after lunch, which is:
Donald Trump and Keir Starmer will share a lunch before crucial discussions on the future of Ukraine begin - with the war-torn region top of the agenda during today's meeting.
The pair will enjoy a winter green salad to start, followed by grilled seabass and a chocolate caramel cake for dessert.
Yummy. Even if Starmer is there.
