James Comey Being Sued By Former Intelligence Contractor Montgomery

On Monday, June 5, 2017, former Intelligence Community contractor Dennis Montgomery filed suit against former FBI Director James Comey and other government officials alleging a cover up of violations of everyday Americans’ civil liberties. Specifically, the suit alleges violations (a ton of them) of the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America which reads:

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Circa.com reporters Sara A. Carter and John Solomon have interview Dennis Montgomery and have detailed evidence at the Circa.com website. They report that Montgomery walked out of the NSA and CIA with 47 hard drives containing over 600 million (600 million???) classified documents.

Why sue Comey you will rightly ask? He was FBI and the FBI doesn’t do spying (well…)? From the Circa.com article:

“This domestic surveillance was all being done on computers supplied by the FBI,” Montgomery told Circa in an interview. “So these supercomputers, which are FBI computers, the CIA is using them to do domestic surveillance.”

Holy Cross Contamination, Batman. Can you say “Deep State”? Sure you can.

Dennis Montgomery took the hard drives, took down the firewalls and unmasked the information and then returned everything to the FBI in exchange for limited immunity.

Twenty million Americans information unmasked. Bank accounts and everything. See Fourth Amendment above.

From the article:

Montgomery divulged to the FBI a ”pattern and practice of conducting illegal, unconstitutional surveillance against millions of Americans, including prominent Americans such as the chief justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, other justices, 156 judges, prominent businessmen, and others such as Donald J. Trump, as well as Plaintiffs themselves,” Montgomery and Klayman alleged in their suit.

Omgravy, President Donald J. Trump was surveilled or “wiretapped” as he put it. And, then there’s more:

“Plaintiffs were assured that the FBI, under Defendant Comey, would conduct a full investigation into the grave instances of illegal and unconstitutional activity set forth by Montgomery. However, the FBI, on Defendant Comey’s orders, buried the FBI’s investigation because the FBI itself is involved in an ongoing conspiracy to not only conduct the aforementioned illegal, unconstitutional surveillance, but to cover it up as well,” the suit added.

Remember when Senator Chuck Schumer threatened President Donald Trump. He knows what they know. And, I apologize for making you look at both Rachel Maddow and Chuck Schumer in one video.

Yeah, right?

To be fair and honest, Dennis Montgomery has a bit of a checkered past. You can read about it here.

If this is true, this is way, way bigger than Edward Snowden. And, while we are being distracted (well, not you and I, but you know, all the sheeple) by the “Russia Collusion” and Comey “hearings”, the Deep State continues to surveill us and violate that darn pesky Fourth Amendment. And, don’t get distracted by poor, stupid Reality Winner. Victory Girls Nina Bookout and Kim Quade have written about Reality Winner here and here. No chicken dinner for Reality Winner. She is going to the Graybar Motel for a decade. That is, unless she decides a la Bradley Manning that she is a man in a woman’s body. Then, she might get a pardon.

When the Senate Intelligence Committee interviews former FBI Director James Comey on Thursday maybe they will ask him about Dennis Montgomery and his law suit. I doubt it. Both California Senators, Dianne Feinstein (liar) and Kamala Harris (dumber than the retired Barbara Boxer), will make sure that nothing intelligent happens.

While the checkered past of Montgomery is a concern, it was exposed by James Risen. Not exactly an unimpeachable source, iirc. (IOW, the whole fish stinks.)

The 600 million documents isn’t out of the realm of possibility. Bradley Manning took almost 3/4 of a million out on a CD. If Montgomery took 4 dozen hard drives, the number quoted is definitely possible. (2TB drives are the equivalent of about 1400 CDs, so more than the 3 orders of magnitude difference in documents.)

Thanks. I have mixed emotions about this.
