According to the “No Kings” protestors, it is Donald Trump and J.D. Vance who are bringing violence down upon this Republic. Which is interesting, because there wasn’t any violence from those attending our Army’s 250th Birthday. Instead, the violence was in Portland, Los Angeles, and elsewhere from “No Kings” protestors themselves.
In Portland, the “No Kings” crowd moved from their planned protest yesterday afternoon, to forcibly and violently entering a Federal ICE facility.
Multiple police officers were injured in Portland, Oregon Saturday night during a violent riot at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility.
A mob launched fireworks, smoke grenades and threw rocks at federal law enforcement, as they broke glass and forcibly entered the ICE facility, Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told Fox News Digital.
Four officers were injured during the attack, though federal law enforcement was able to secure the facility.
The riot came after the city hosted a “No Kings” protest at 1 p.m., which officials labeled a “large-scale free speech gathering.”
Federal officers were injured. Which, in my book, means that those responsible should be in jail and STAY there. If it was up to the Portland DA, they’d likely be out already without having to post bail.
It wasn’t just Portland. Protest rioters in Los Angeles jumped on the same violence bandwagon.
A massive “No Kings” rally opposing President Trump erupted into an alarming scene of chaos in downtown Los Angeles Saturday, as rocks, concrete and “commercial-grade” fireworks were lobbed at officers — as another rally in Portland near an ICE facility was reportedly decared a riot.
What started as a peaceful protest of more than 20,000 people quickly descended into mayhem as demonstrators clashed with the Los Angeles Police Department and other agencies in a cloud of tear gas outside the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building.
It prompted officials to declare the group and unlawful assembly.
And yet, the “No Kings” crowd insists that it is President Trump and MAGA who are the dangerous and violent ones. The world would implode if someone showed up at a rally with a severed head of Joe Biden or Obama. But when a state legislator shows up with one of Trump during yesterday’s rally in North Carolina, everyone shrugs.

Tell me again who the violent ones are? Of course, most Democrat politicians, but not all, spent yesterday and are continuing today with their insistence that THEY are the peaceful ones. That THEY are the moral authority regarding this Republic.

In Los Angeles, where a significant portion of the metro area is struggling to recover from the Palisades Fire, rioters broke into fire hydrants so that, if THEY set fires, the LA Fire Department wouldn’t have any water.
It is the left who has chosen violence. They’ve made that clear on multiple occasions. And yesterday, for all their posturing over “No Kings,” they once again chose violence in rhetoric and deed.
It doesn’t help when a police chief straddles the fence instead of outright condemning the rioters.
“It’s a good cause, but we do not want violent agitators out there destroying property or committing acts of violence specifically against our police officers, deputy sheriffs and CHP [California Highway Patrol] officers,” Luna said. “I just want to remind everybody that our deputies have and continue to face a dangerous situation out there.”
TEN of his deputies were injured the other day, and LA Police Chief Luna not only says “it’s a good cause,” he issues an additional statement stating that his department will refuse to comply with federal law regarding illegal aliens.
At least Los Angeles finally has a District Attorney who plans to throw the book at those who attacked police officers and destroyed property.
It wasn’t just Portland and Los Angeles. Someone was shot in Utah, Denver saw some violence, as did Seattle.

Every single Democrat politician spent yesterday spouting about “No Kings” and dunking on Trump. They gave lip service for about five minutes to the horrific attack on Minnesota state legislators that left State Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, dead. And then spun immediately back to the current narrative while yelling at President Trump.

What the left, in their blind devotion to the Democrats, fail to recognize is that the Democrat Party was the one who has acted like Kings these last few years.
It was a Democrat who banned people from gardening during Covid.
It was a Democrat who held off for four days before calling in the National Guard during the Minneapolis George Floyd riots.
It was that same Democrat, Tim Walz, who had the guard paintball people on their own porches during the lockdown.
It was a Democrat who had lone paddle boarders arrested.
It was a Democrat who ordered the police to stand down as riots around the country got worse.
It was Democrats who shut down churches during Covid and arrested those who dared to worship, and kept our schools closed for over a year.
And, it was ALL the Democrats who, without one single vote, anointed Kamala Harris to run for President.
Do NOT tell me that it is Republicans or MAGA who are the violent ones who want a King. We aren’t the ones calling the sitting President a dictator.
