Evidently no one is supposed to be concerned that the Hur report, while finding that while Joe DID have lots and lots of classified documents he wasn’t supposed to, he nor his ghostwriter will be charged.
Joe Biden carelessly handled classified materials found at his home and former office after his vice presidency and shared government secrets with his ghostwriter, but that evidence was not strong enough to justify charging him with crimes, according to a long-awaited special counsel report released Thursday.
Read that again. Joe had classified materials stuffed every which way at his China-funded UPenn office, and in his garage next to his prized Corvette. Will he be charged? Nope. Why? Because a jury might find him sympathetic!

So, his senility is an issue when it comes to potentially standing trial, but not while operating as President of a major world power? Except, as I wrote yesterday, Biden’s dementia isn’t funny. It is a MAJOR problem for us all.
So, to see a DOJ report excuse the document mess away and not charge Joe really opens the Pandora’s box that the Democrats and media desperately wish would’ve stayed closed. As Deanna pointed out here, Joe sure as hell didn’t help himself with his press conference last night. In fact, he made things worse, much worse.
Here’s a key item in this report that much of the media is glossing over. It’s about Joe’s ghostwriter.

That’s correct. Mark Zwonitzer DELETED evidence as soon as he knew Special Counsel Hur had been appointed.

By gosh and golly, that would be defined as destruction of evidence and obstruction if it was a normal Joe Schmoe involved. But since it’s Joe Biden, ehhh… nothing to see here and Mark gets to skate.
Want to know why Republicans and others are pouncing on this DOJ report? Zwonitzer getting a pass is one reason. Especially since two Mar-A-Lago employees were charged and are facing trial for not even remotely doing what Zwonitzer did.

Zwonitzer actually deleted evidence. Trump’s employees just moved shit around and hid it from investigators for a time. But the Z-man gets to skate.
The amount of documents that Joe Biden held onto is about 40 years worth, and the photos in this story speak volumes.
Biden, 81, flouted legal restrictions on sensitive documents throughout his 36 years in the Senate and eight years as vice president — stashing them in cardboard boxes in his garage in Wilmington, Del., and other locations, the 388-page report said, with photos showing Biden’s storage practices.
Investigators even uncovered a recording of Biden confiding in his ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer in April 2017 — after leaving office as vice president — that he still had official records because “I didn’t want to turn them in” — similar to former President Donald Trump, who faces 40 criminal charges and up to 450 years in prison for resisting handing over documents after leaving the White House in 2021.
And yet, Republicans aren’t supposed to pounce on the very real issue of a two-tiered justice system? Republicans aren’t supposed to be concerned, even mad, that someone who did admit to trying to destroy evidence on behalf of Joe, won’t be charged?
But the report refuted the longstanding argument by the president’s lawyers that Mr. Biden never put the nation’s national security at risk. Investigators found documents at Mr. Biden’s home in a “box in the garage, near a collapsed dog crate, a dog bed, a Zappos box, an empty bucket, a broken lamp wrapped with duct tape, potting soil and synthetic firewood.”
While concluding that “the evidence does not establish Mr. Biden’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt,” Mr. Hur nonetheless wrote that Mr. Biden took classified documents and notebooks about Afghanistan with him in 2017 after leaving the vice presidency, and shared some of those documents with his ghostwriter.
That’s just the documents in 2017. That doesn’t include the 40 years in total of documents, notecards, and more that were found in multiple locations.
Zwonitzer knew what he was hearing from Joe regarding classified information. He knew, and tried to destroy evidence that the DOJ managed to, mostly, recover.
Yet he along with Joe won’t be charged.

President Trump is being charged with 40 counts regarding 67 documents. Joe Biden had 40 YEARS worth of documents, and his ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer admitted he tried to destroy evidence. Furthermore, the DOJ report found that Joe himself WILLFULLY “retained and disclosed classified information.” But that’s DIFFERENT! according to the media. But now, some are getting a bit of a clue. When you’ve got CNN handing out the clue bats…

One cannot help but look at all this and consider that there really are two tiers of justice in this country. One for the Democrats and one for everyone else.

Skillyboo says: It’s all by design IMHO. When the democrats steno pool starts reporting about Biden negatively you know they’ve been given the go ahead. The big question is who is going to replace him. My guess is it won’t be Harris. Instead, Michele Obama will announce he candidacy with Harris her running mate thus neither can be challenged without appearing racist. And, again, they’ll make empty promises in an attempt to draw back the Black voters who have turned to Trump.
GWB says: I think there’s still a fight going on, with Jill and some others fighting to keep The Big Guy in the seat. We’ve had a couple of times int he past 2 years where it seemed someone gave the press a go-ahead to prep the battlespace for Slow Joe’s departure. Only to have it all evaporate as the power dynamics swung back the other way. It could be Harris’ people, or it could be some other power broker in the Dem camp. There may be more in the get-Joe-out faction after this report came out. Which might mean an angry Jill somewhere in public in the future.

And yeah, the ghostwriter getting off sounds very similar to Hitlery getting away with destroying electronics and using bleachbit on an illegal private server..
Maybe Kevin can stop eating paint chips or huffing his own farts long enough to explain to all of us why there’s no problem with this crock of shit..
