Hillary Clinton Email Probe: State Department-Released Email May Violate Obama Order

Seems that Hillary Clinton may have yet some more explaining to do. In a recent report from Fox News, one of the emails that triggered the FBI probe into Hillary Clinton’s server contained classified intelligence from three different agencies, which could mean the State Department violated a President Obama-signed executive order by authorizing its release. Will she joke about this, too?

EO 13526 (2009), lays out the rules for “classifying, safeguarding and declassifying national security information.” It states that the authority to declassify rests with the intelligence agency that originated the information.

The e-mail in question was from Clinton confidant Huma Abedin that, according to Fox News, contained intelligence from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the National Security Agency (NSA), and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), which oversees aerial imagery, including satellites. This correspondence was onto published onto The State Department’s website in May as part of the initial release of documents on the 2012 Benghazi attack. The argument is that this e-mail was not the State Department’s to declassify. Reports state that the material was classifies when sent from Abedin to Clinton’s private account and remains classified to this day; all while the Clinton campaign and The State Department hold onto the story that the material in this correspondence was not classified.

The probe has also brought further scrutiny to Abedin, who was on Clinton’s personal payroll and was even quoted by a major Clinton donator that she “would die for Hillary.” Abedin helped plot Clinton’s political activity during the 2014 midterm elections, orchestrated the promotion of her 2014 memoir, “Hard Choices,” and was rewarded by being named the vice chairwoman of her presidential campaign. The State Department Inspector general claimed earlier this month that Abedin owes the government nearly $10,000 for violating rules regarding vacation and sick leave. In court this month, Hillary Clinton admitted Abedin had an e-mail account on the now-infamous private server run out of Clinton’s house while she was Secretary of State, and that the account “was used at times for government business.”

It’s been reported that since the release of the 296 Benghazi e-mails this past May, all of the intelligence agencies have reviewers at the State Department to identify emails that may contain classified material that came from them, in order to avoid a repeat of the Abedin situation. Despite this, Clinton is still deflecting and detracting from any wrongdoing on her part. This comment from last week:

“What you’re seeing now is a disagreement between agencies saying, ‘You know what, they should’ve.’ And the other saying, ‘No they shouldn’t.’ That has nothing to do with me,”-Hillary Clinton

And, who could forget her wiping the server….. with a cloth….or something.

With 46% of voters thinking that she should now step away from the campaign trail (according to a Rasmussen poll) and Barack giving Biden his blessing, violating a signed executive order may the proverbial nail in the coffin for the Clinton 2016 campaign. Or will she hit the “reset” button?

    Jail jail jail ALREADY!

Even in the most nutty country someone with this much egg on their face would have dropped out of the race by now. But not Madame Mao, who thinks rules are for mere peasants. Now we’ll get to see just how f’d up THIS country is in whether or not this criminal goes to jail or to the White House. If it’s the latter then may God damn this country for electing one treasonous president right after another.
