Candace Owens conspiracy theories regarding Charlie Kirk’s assassination hit a bit reality bat this week during the preliminary hearing on Tyler Robinson.

It’s been a long and painful week for Erika Kirk and Charlie’s family as they attended the preliminary hearing. 

The family of Charlie Kirk said Friday that they believe the prosecution has presented “overwhelming evidence” to show alleged shooter Tyler Robinson killed the conservative activist as he addressed students at Utah Valley University in September 2025.

The family statement comes after a weeklong preliminary hearing. Utah State District Judge Tony Graf will now decide if prosecutors have enough evidence to put Robinson on trial on a charge of aggravated murder.

“The conclusion of the preliminary hearing marks an important step forward in the pursuit of justice for Charlie,” the Kirk family said in a statement, describing the proceedings as “unimaginably painful and emotionally demanding.” The Kirk family did not speak after the hearings ended.

“As difficult as these last few days have been, it brings our family comfort to know that the world has witnessed the overwhelming evidence of what occurred to Charlie that day,” the statement said. “Nothing will ever undo the loss of our beloved Charlie. As this case moves into its next phase, we pray that truth will continue to be heard through a process that is fair, transparent, and grounded in the facts.”

And the facts laid out are brutally clear, unless you are a deranged she-demon like Candace who’s spent the last ten months peddling baseless conspiracy theories about Charlie, Erika, Mossad, Israel, TPUSA, and more. 

The preliminary hearing laid out some very inconvenient facts for Candace and her deluded followers. 

• Robinson was on campus four different times day prior and day of, including getting a meal at the campus Chick-Fil-A. 
• He confessed to his boyfriend verbally and in writing 
• His PARENTS turned him in 
• It was a BULLET that killed Charlie, not an exploding microphone 
• Robinson fired from ABOVE, not from below
• Robinson’s DNA was all over the gun 

None of that stopped Candace from offering her services to… Tyler Robinson’s defense team. 

Because as I demonstrated on my show, there were MANY young men that all woke up and decided to dress in maroon shirts and light shorts on the day of the Charlie’s assassination [sic]. The footage can be any one of these young men and in my opinion is likely multiple of them.

If Tyler Robinson’s defense would like to contact me — I’d be happy to supply them the folder of the maroon boys that I began archiving when I noticed the bizarre fashion trend.

I have thus far ID’d two of them, but will focus on IDing the rest of them when I am back on air.

I have maintained that the Feds had multiple decoy maroon boys on the ground that day. Without a clear image, they certainly cannot declare it is Tyler Robinson which is why all the Zionist influencers are hoping they can simply hypnotize the public into trusting blurry images and videos.

For such an ‘open and shut case’ they have thus far provided ZERO evidence of anything outside of a criminal government conspiracy, the likes of which hasn’t been seen since the JFK assassination.

The woman is so embedded in her grift because of her very real animosity towards Charlie and Erika, that she just won’t stop.

The Kirk family has repeatedly asked for the proceedings to be open to the public, Why? Because of the deranged conspiracy theories that Candace and others (Megyn Kelly) are peddling. 

Erika Kirk, now a widowed single mom of two, appeared in the courtroom on Thursday to listen to evidence being presented alongside her personal attorney and Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah)

Her presence followed a Wednesday filing where she demanded that every single exhibit entered into evidence be visible to everyone present in the courtroom.

Erika’s attorney, Jeffrey Neiman, cited a Utah law that protects crime victims and their representatives, arguing that the family was “denied the very thing their presence was meant to secure: the ability to meaningfully observe.”

The family had traveled to Provo, Utah, and sat through parts of the hearing where evidence was admitted but hidden from their view.

Following the request, District Judge Tony Graf ruled against the motion.

The court decided to maintain its current process of evaluating how evidence is displayed as the trial proceeds.

Graf previously said the court is walking a “fine line” between balancing public transparency and Robinson’s constitutional right to a fair trial.

The fact that not all the evidence is shown is just giving Candace more food for her grift. Erika knows that, which is why she and Charlie’s family have repeatedly asked for full transparency. 

Candace Owens is reduced to being a sideshow freak. Will she stop her grift? No. Not unless any of the lawsuits prevail and hand her legal consequences.

Spot on. By Candace’s own rules, if the proof she demands isn’t offered up in the WAY and METHOD she demands it, she then delivers the verdict of guilt. She made the rules, and people are now applying those same rules against her. See how this works?
