So here you were — thinking that the CDC and all its talking heads define “fully vaccinated” as having had two Covid injections. And maybe you’ve had your vaccines, maybe you haven’t. But with the Omicron variant raising its ugly little head, the Powers That Be (which includes the media) are insisting that you need three jabs to fit the description.

Gotta Be Fully Vaccinated

Now some companies and government officials are demanding that employees and residents get booster vaccines. Like investment banks Goldman-Sachs and Jeffries, for example. Schools like the University of Oregon are also requiring staff and students to get three jabs. So is the University of Massachusetts.

And how long before your local coffee shop won’t allow you in unless you prove that you’ve had three jabs? This is from a Starbucks in Winnetka, IL, near Chicago.

Plus, Gov. Kathy Hochul (D-NY) says she has plans to change the definition of “fully vaccinated” to include three shots.

And finally, CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said in an interview that she and her colleagues were “working through that question now.” She added:

“There really isn’t debate here in what people should do. C.D.C. is crystal-clear on what people should do: If they’re eligible for a boost, they should get boosted.”

Dr. Georges Benjamin, executive director of the American Public Health Association, agrees. “I think the time is now” he said on redefining the term “fully vaccinated.”

Johns Hopkins professor Dr. Marty Makary quipped at Twitter:

My guess is that those controlling the lexicon will shift from talking about dose 3,4,5.. to “Are you up-to-date?”

Yep, just like software — with updates when the geeks need to fix the bugs.

Why the Push to Increase Fully Vaccinated Status?

You know why they’re insisting that you take three shots, don’t you? It’s because Omicron! As the New York Times reported, over 488,000 thousand cases were reported just on Wednesday. That number broke the single-day case record, and almost doubled the highest numbers from last winter. And the World Health Organization predicted a Covid “tsunami.”

So you need your third shot now. Because everything else has worked out so well, hasn’t it?

Never mind that more evidence shows that Omicron is weaker than Delta or Covid 1.0 from 2020. Even the NYT admitted as much. Or that the panic over children going to the hospital in droves with Omicron OMG is not what it appears. Dr. Paul Offit of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia explained the numbers this way:

“It’s winter, and this is a winter virus, and this omicron is particularly contagious, so I think you were going to see an increase anyway.”

“We test anybody who’s admitted to the hospital for whatever reason to see whether or not they have Covid, and we’re definitely seeing an increase in cases. However, we’re really not seeing an increase in children who are hospitalized for Covid or in the intensive care unit for Covid.”

So much for the panic porn.

What About Monoclonal Antibodies?

Ask Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo about that. He accused the Biden administration of “actively preventing the effective distribution of monoclonal antibody treatments” across the country. Ladapo wrote in an angry letter to Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra:

“The federal government is actively preventing the effective distribution of monoclonal antibody treatments in the US. The sudden suspension of multiple monoclonal antibody therapy treatments from distribution to Florida removes a health care provider’s ability to decide the best treatment options for their patients in this state.”

However, the feds don’t want Ladapo or other surgeons general to have antibody treatments from Regeneron or Eli-Lilly. They claim they’re not effective against Omicron.

But hold on — didn’t Joe Biden recently say that there was no federal solution to Covid? And that the states are on their own?

Dr. Ladapo fired back:

“President Biden recently stated that there is no federal solution to COVID-19, and solving this pandemic will happen at the state level. Therefore, as Surgeon General, I respectfully request that you allow states and healthcare practitioners to provide treatment options that best benefit the communities they know and serve.”

Don’t hold your breath, Dr. Ladapo. Using antibody treatments goes against the push to have everyone “fully vaccinated” with boosters.

Natural Immunity vs. Fully Vaccinated

Fuggedaboutit. It doesn’t matter if you’ve already gone through a bout of Covid. The CDC, the feds, and their Democrat overlords (I would add the media, but I’d be repeating myself) want you to ignore natural immunity. Never mind that more and more studies are showing that reinfection following Covid recovery is rare. Or that T-cell responses from either previous vaccinations or Covid infection offer good protection against serious disease. As Dr. Scott Gottlieb tweeted on Wednesday:

“One of two new studies out today showing that most of your disease-fighting T cell responses generated from vaccination or from previous Covid infection still recognize the #Omicron variant and should offer protection against serious disease.”

And then there was a small study from Oregon which showed that persons who had breakthrough Covid after being full vaccinated could develop “super immunity.” I’ll bet you didn’t hear about that in the New York Times or the Washington Post, did you? They want you to get your boosters.

Pfizer and China Have a Dirty Little Secret

You know that Pfizer manufactures Covid vaccines. You also know that Pfizer stands to profit even more from boosters.

Now we find that it partnered with a Communist China platform to implement vaccine passports.

Pfizer first teamed up with the Chinese online payment platform Alipay in 2018 “to provide much needed education about disease and vaccinations.” The platform also allows low income families in China to pay medical bills through installments.

Wouldn’t Pfizer just love to develop vaccine passports for the United States, too?

Don’t believe for a minute that anyone in the current administration has your best interest in mind when they insist that you get a booster to be “fully vaccinated.” They don’t want you to think for yourself, or to rely on your doctor’s advice, based on your own medical history. They want you fall in line instead. Meanwhile, Big Pharma companies like Pfizer are enjoying their profits and increasing power — all at Americans’ expense.
