I did the giggle snort thing this morning. It was from last night when Kamala Harris was giving her acceptance speech at the 2024 Democrat National Convention. As the epic troll he is, Donald J. Trump wanted to know if Kamala Harris was talking about him. Homie, that’s all she’s got. It was red meat for the party faithful and they gobbled it up. She doesn’t need a platform, she can just say Trump.

If you really want to know about Kamala’s Coronation Speech last night, Nina wrote it up and you can read it here. Nina was right. There was very little substance and lots of soundbites. Nina was also right that no one cast any votes for Kamala. I don’t think the party faithful care. They are not like us. They don’t care who the candidate is as long as they are told the right things. Look at the last three Presidential cycles. Bernie Sanders was screwed over for Hillary, Bernie Sanders was screwed over for Joe Biden, and Joe was screwed over for Kamala. Like a couple of my BLM friends said, we know the assignment and now we are going to make her President.

Of course Kamala Harris talked about Trump last night. She mentioned Donald J. Trump 15 times in 37 minutes. Fifteen times! You can watch the full Kamala Speech here. Meh. The highpoint of genuine emotion in the speech was when Kamala said “Thank you” 31 times.

Whooo doggies! That’s some gifted speaker. Yes, Kamala was talking about Donald J. Trump because they want to poll test the appropriate talking points closer to the election. The general big ideas Kamala mentioned were in generalities because specifics would give Trump room to catch her on them like this piece. Trumps asks why she hasn’t done anything until now:

Kamala hasn’t done anything because she doesn’t want to do anything, and she won’t do anything. She is a cypher. The puppet masters in the DNC tell each group of people who she is…for them. The DNC had to get TMZ to hoax that Beyonce was going to be there last night in order to fill the hall.

Time Magazine took note of “Is She Talking About Me” in terms of the J6 riots:

“IS SHE TALKING ABOUT ME?” the former President posted on his platform Truth Social, as Harris warned of the dangers of another Trump presidency, accusing him of election fraud and inciting the violence at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

Trump nitpicked at Harris’ script and delivery: “Too many ‘Thank yous,’ too rapidly said, what’s going on with her?” he posted as she took the stage. “A lot of talk about childhood, we’ve got to get to the Border, Inflation, and Crime!” he wrote in another post, one of more than 30 posted between the start and end of Harris’ 40-minute speech.
And immediately after Harris finished, Trump called in to conservative channels Fox News and Newsmax to offer his takes. “I personally thought it was a terrible speech. It was very nonspecific. It was also very short. She just wanted to get off the stage, because her ideas are bad,” he told Newsmax. (Trump’s own Republican National Convention speech last month, at over 90 minutes, was criticized by observers for running so long.)

I love it when Trump calls into shows to drag another candidate or complain about how he is being covered. We have had too many candidates like the Bushes and Mitt Romney who are sanitized for our protection. I need and want real.

Kamala has to keep the Left’s voters hating Trump as much as possible because that’s all she’s got.
