We are going to need more snacks to get through the next few months. Today’s Democrat Media Industrial Complex freakout includes claims that Trump’s Director of National Intelligence pick, Tulsi Gabbard, is both in a cult AND a Russian Asset. Busy lady. She was in the Hawaii National Guard and the United States House of Representatives, a cult member AND a Russian Asset. Wherever does she find the time?
Hillary Clinton started the Russian Asset rumor back in 2019 and in 2020 Tulsi filed suit, as Nina told you at the time. Four years later, the Hawaii Civil Beat isn’t giving up the prizrak:
Within minutes of the announcement of Gabbard’s nomination, national media outlets like CNN predicted that her selection and the choice of Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz to be U.S. attorney general would set up major confirmation fights.
The position Trump nominated her for, director of national intelligence, requires Senate confirmation. The director leads the U.S. intelligence community, which oversees and directs implementation of the National Intelligence Program.
The director acts as principal adviser to the president, the National Security Council and the Homeland Security Council for matters related to national security.
Already Democrats are mobilizing against Gabbard’s nomination. The Democratic National Committee issued a press release Wednesday saying Trump’s nomination of Gabbard “puts Americans in danger,” citing news articles about her ties to al-Assad and affinity for Russian talking points.
When asked about Gabbard’s nomination Wednesday, U.S. Sen. Mark Warner, the Democratic chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, pointed to the importance of the chamber’s “advice and consent” role for confirming presidential nominees.
“These are extraordinarily serious jobs,” Warner said. “I have a lot of questions.”
When Tulsi Gabbard was a Democrat, she was fine. Now the Democrat Media Industrial Complex claims Gabbard can’t get a Security Clearance to work at Walmart let alone in National Intelligence:
⁉️Rachel Madcow claims Tulsi Gabbard couldn’t get security clearance as a Walmart Greeter?
▪️She ran in the Primaries as a Dem for POTUS candidacy.
▪️She was cleared as a U.S. Congresswoman
▪️And she was a Lt. Colonel in the Army reserves, and served out Great Country overseas.… pic.twitter.com/niDl8Fls04— Still️Roaming (@roaming_rn) November 15, 2024
Strange that Democrats think MAGA is a cult. Speaking of cults, according to the lamestreamers, Tulsi Gabbard is in a cult. According to the Daily Beast and other outlets:
In the wake of President-elect Donald Trump’s decision to appoint ex-Democratic Rep. Tulsi Gabbard as his Director of National Intelligence, reports have resurfaced of her ties to a religious sect described as a “cult”—a connection that has the potential to throw her nomination, which requires Senate confirmation, into jeopardy.
Gabbard became the first American Samoan and practicing Hindu in Congress when she joined the U.S. House representing Hawaii’s 2nd congressional district in 2013. She reportedly met her husband, Abraham Williams, just a year before when he volunteered to shoot a video for her campaign.
In addition to bonding over a love of surfing, The Daily Mail reported that the couple also was mutually connected to the Science of Identity Foundation (SIF), a group with a history of antagonism toward LGBTQ people, women and Muslims. The group’s leader, Chris Butler, is heralded by members as a deity in his own right.
The SIF, described as an alt-right branch of Hare Krishna, has reportedly developed thousands of followers across Hawaii, Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia—with Butler being heralded as an extension of God.
The Science of Identity Foundation (SIF) sounds like some sort of Sitcom joke from back in the day. Both of Gabbard’s parents have been involved in the SIF movement for decadess. The founder, Chris Butler, is also known as Siddhaswarupananda Goswami after other name changes. From the SIF website:
Science of Identity Foundation was established by Jagad Guru Siddhaswarupananda in 1977 to pass on the ancient teachings of yoga in a scientific, logical, and clear manner so that people can, with intelligence, seriously contemplate upon, consider, and apply them in their own personal lives to achieve optimum physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Science of Identity Foundation seeks to provide information and services to individuals who are serious about learning yoga practices and philosophy with the intention of applying them in their personal lives. Yoga is an individual (rather than a team) pursuit or endeavor.
If you read through the beliefs of this “cult”, it sounds like many other religious ideologies. No alcohol (a non-starter for me), no caffeine (no way), sex outside of marriage (good one) and no homosexuality. That last one is not in my area of expertise. According to Gabbard’s Dear Auntie, SIF is a cult. More from the Daily Beast:
Gabbard’s aunt, Dr. Caroline Sinavaiana Gabbard, was blunt about her views on the organization, and her niece’s involvement in a 2022 interview with The Independent.
“Once again I find my niece’s apparent penchant for parroting extremist toadies such as Tucker Carlson and vile strongmen such as Vladimir Putin, to be problematic and deeply troubling,” she said. “It gives me no pleasure to note that Tulsi’s single governing principle seems to be expedience, which is in effect no principle at all.”
Caroline also alleged that Gabbard’s 2020 presidential bid was the result of Butler’s pursuit of political influence, with Gabbard openly praising Butler as her “guru.”
Amid open backlash against her nomination for the coveted intelligence role, the reports of her ties to the fringe religious sect could result in more pushback against Gabbard—especially after she was previously connected to a Russian spy.
Has Gabbard’s Auntie Caroline met Trump’s niece Mary? Two peas in a vegetable rot pod. We’ll have to see if the Senators can come up with anything more extra.
Just for sheer enjoyment let us remember Tulsi and Kamala together on stage:
I like Tulsi. She has a solid standing position and a great command voice, no whining. We shall see what comes of the Confirmation Hearing. What fun!

Remember, kids: Democrats hate it when their property escapes the plantation.
“I like Tulsi. She has a solid standing position …”
What would that be? The fact that Trump likes her?
You might read this article. A former intelligence officer spills the tea on your girl Tulsi.
Not saying pro or con on Gabbard, still doing my own research… but the Intelligence officer that wrote that piece wouldn’t be one that agreed that Hunters laptop was ” Russian disinformation” would she? Don’t know anything about her, just that covid and everything since have taught me to be VERY skeptical of ” experts”
Ok, I’ll accept that.. Like I said, I don’t know her from Adam. Thanks for the reply
I saw nothing in the article listing the author’s qualifications in military intelligence. What he described was the job of a security officer, unrelated to military intelligence. Weak tea.
Which means you didn’t read it. You’re not countering her (not “he” as you said) assertions, which have numerous links.
You wanna know her qualifications? Just click on her bio at the Substack article. But you didn’t do that, did you? You didn’t even know she was a woman.
Maybe you should read it instead of shooting the messenger.,
What qualifications should she need? Should she be one of those vaunted experts? Does she need to have a 20 year career in the Deep State intel world?
This is part of the problem: government with too much power requires “experts” to run it. Which rapidly becomes a bureaucratic technocracy. Right where we currently are.
I actually do want people who9 might have an inkling of the area they will be leading. But not so much of one that nest feathering becomes the purpose of their appointment.
And I see you were talking about something apart from Toni’s article. Ignore what I said.
affinity for Russian talking points.
So, they think she’s against war with Russia via Ukraine. That’s the standard accusation when you don’t spend your commenting time on Ukraine issues rah-rahing Ukraine and how great it is.
Speaking of cults
You mean… like Progressivism?
a group with a history of antagonism toward LGBTQ people, women and Muslims
So, like almost every other group in the world that was not spawned by Marxism and funded by Soros?
heralded by members as a deity in his own right
So, 0bama was not the Light Bringer?
Also, so, just like every Prog with some perception of self- greatness?
described as an alt-right branch of Hare Krishna
So, still very punchable if they walk up to you in an airport.
No alcohol (a non-starter for me), no caffeine (no way), sex outside of marriage (good one) and no homosexuality.
Your grammar there is broken, Toni. Or are you saying “sex outside of marriage” is a Yes and not a No?
my niece’s apparent penchant for parroting extremist toadies such as Tucker Carlson
Ah, one of THOSE aunts.
especially after she was previously connected to a Russian spy.
Is identification ever given of this Russian spy in any of those articles? Because I’d really like to think that, just maybe, the media had identified an actual Russian spy as a Russian spy this time.
