Those who voted for President Donald J. Trump have been bedeviled by the Never Trumpers for the last four years. The Democrat Party now has a similar, but far more deleterious problem, in the Bernie Bros who are saying Never Biden.

Think about it. The most prominent Never Trump personalities are Max Boot, Bill Kristol and John Kasich. They are going to write angry editorials and vent their spleens on cable news. Then, they are going to go back to their comfortable homes and pour a Courvosier VSOP into a snifter. Big whoop, right? The Bernie Bros are a whole different species of malcontent. They podcast from their mothers’ basements and demand the evil rich pay for their college and health care in penance for the sin of having made beaucoup coin. They are whipped into a frenzy by their own incompetence and the malevolence of Senator Sanders, himself.

The New York Post has an article, “Bernie Bros warn of ‘massive exodus’ if Democrats nominate Joe Biden”. The Bernie Bros are warning the Democrat Party that they say “Hale to the No” to Joe Biden. From the article:

“I don’t know if I could vote for Biden,” said a high-profile local Democratic Socialist. “Biden is just an old white guy who inspires nobody. I sincerely think he will lose the electoral and popular vote and I know I won’t be voting for him in New York.”

As opposed to Bernie…! Sanders is filled with anger, jealousy, and hate despite his obvious success late in life (U.S. Senator with three homes). He believes in Socialism for everyone but him. It cracked me up every time he would accuse Mike Bloomberg of trying to buy the election with his own money. As opposed to Bernie…! Sanders tried to buy the election with other people’s money (OPM). The Bernie Bros don’t see the irony or hypocrisy.

Again, from the article:

The grumbling from Sanders die-hards is no idle threat. A whopping 12% of them voted for Trump in 2016, according to an analysis by Cooperative Congressional Election Study. That added up to roughly 216,000 voters in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, exit polls showed. Trump’s combined margin of victory in those states was 77,744.

I am not sure I buy those numbers. Anyone who has ever dealt with statistics knows that numbers can be massaged to make them dance to your tune. I don’t know how they asked the questions or if they tested for other factors.

If Bernie does well in the debate against old Joe tonight, that could buoy the hopes of the Bernie Bros. And, we all know that Joe could totally go off the rails tonight. Whether or not Joe goes down in flames, the longer Sanders stays in the race, the more he whips up his supporters, the angrier they get, then the more likely they will become more violent. The Daily Wire wrote about the Bernie Bros penchant for violence and Sanders’ non-denial denial:

“Bernie knows exactly what’s happening,” one Democratic activist claimed to the outlet. “And his campaign is in the loop about this coordinated viciousness.”

A “Sanders operative” refused to corroborate the report, but said that Sanders isn’t bothered by more “revolutionary” behavior: “That’s been the tone that is set by the campaign leadership. And broadly speaking, I don’t think the Senator has a problem with that.”

The violent, angry Bernie Bros will use any method to go after opponents:

Do the Democrat Party Grand Poobahs really think that angry, swarming Bernie Bros are going to go quietly? Do they think these angry, little online bullies will fall in line? Republican Never Trumpers have their BMW’s and Think Tanks. The Bernie Bros have nowhere to go but Mommy’s basement. Bernie has whipped them up and they are beyond his control, even though he is well aware of what he has done.

The Bernie Bros say “Hale to the no.” Beware of the violence that these Never Biden bullies could commit.
