Republicans have been wringing their hands over the upcoming election since Donald Trump took the driver’s seat after becoming the presumptive GOP nominee. But the GOP is not alone in its discomfort, as Jenny pointed out in her post on Saturday.
Now challenger Bernie Sanders intends to make DNC chair Debbie Wasserman-Schultz feel the Bern. In an interview with Jake Tapper on CNN’s “State of the Union” airing on Sunday, Sanders said that if he were elected president, Debbie would be gone as DNC chair. “With all due respect to the current chairperson, if elected president, she would not be reappointed to be chair of the DNC,” he told Tapper, adding that he would endorse her opponent, law professor Tim Canova.
Technically the DNC does not endorse candidates, but Sanders has repeatedly charged Wasserman-Schultz as favoring Hillary Clinton, calling Clinton the Democrats’ “anointed candidate.” Sanders’s campaign manager Jeff Weaver accused Wasserman-Schultz of “throwing shade on the Sanders campaign from the very beginning.”
Sanders’s supporters are eager to kick Debbie under the bus as well.
since she's proven to be a liar and a shill for Hillary why would he reappoint her?

And who is Tim Canova, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz’s rival and Bernie Sanders’s man main for DNC chair?
A professor at Nova Southeastern University’s law school in Ft. Lauderdale, Canova is politically right up Sanders’s alley. He bitterly opposed President Obama’s Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), and has echoed Sanders’s rally cries opposing income inequality and Wall Street. “I’m so proud to know that Bernie Sanders favors our progressive campaign. Like Senator Sanders, I’m running a campaign that’s truly backed by the people, not big corporations — one that stands up to Wall Street interests instead of cozying up to them,” Canova said in a statement on Saturday.
There is a famous curse, incorrectly attributed to the ancient Chinese, that says “may you live in interesting times.” Between the Trump Train barreling through the Republican Party and the Democrats squirming while Feeling the Bern, we Americans are certainly cursed with this interesting political season. At this point there is little one can do except grab some popcorn and try to enjoy the show.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, we, as Republicans, should all back keeping DWS in office. She has provided more help to Republicans getting elected than most Republicans.

I see a future post with good popcorn recipes! Here’s my favorite: melted coconut oil and brewer’s yeast. Sounds so gross, tastes so good! 🙂
Strife in the Politburo-very nice!
