So, Jada Pinkett Smith and is boycotting the Oscars for being “too white.” She, and all of these race-baiting libtards who are outraged, act as though black people are still segregated and have never won an Academy Award. In a series of tweets over the weekend, Pinkett Smith whined about “rarely being recognized for their artistic accomplishments.” She said she won’t be at the Oscars, nor will she be watching. Great. Maybe you could try parenting those kids that you and your husband have allowed to “raise themselves” instead, Jada.
At the Oscars…people of color are always welcomed to give out awards…even entertain, (pt. 1)

But we are rarely recognized for our artistic accomplishments. Should people of color refrain from participating all together? (pt 2)

People can only treat us in the way in which we allow. With much respect in the midst of deep disappointment.

All of this faux outrage comes after no African Americans were nominated for Oscars for the, gasp, second year in a row. How will we all live in this racist country that hasn’t nominated a single black person for two whole years?! I guess having a black man as president – that white people voted for – is no longer good enough for these Hollywood elitists. Having affirmative action in hiring – even if the white man is the best qualified for the job – is no longer good enough. Now we must have affirmative action in nominations for the Academy Awards.
Liberals are so entrenched in their fake outrage that they are starting to eat each other, and it is incredibly entertaining for the rest of us.
I suppose the multiple black Oscar winners just aren’t good enough for Pinkett Smith. Seventy-six years ago Hattie McDaniel won an Oscar for her performance in Gone with the Wind. She played Mammy, and her performance rocked Hollywood so much that she was awarded the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress – the first person of color to ever win an Oscar. She beat one of her costars – Olivia de Havilland – in the category.
After she accepted her award, she wasn’t escorted to a choice seat like Jada has when she goes to the Academy Awards with her Oscar-winning husband, Will Smith, because the hotel that the 12th Annual Academy Awards was held at was a segregated venue. Hattie McDaniel wasn’t allowed to sit with her costars, Clark Gable, Olivia de Havilland, and Vivien Leigh. She was forced to sit at a small table against a far wall with her white agent. The movie’s producer, David O. Selnick, had had to call in a favor just to be allowed to have Hattie there because the hotel had such a strict whites-only policy.
When these insipid morons complain like they are about the lack of blacks being nominated this year, and basically demand preferential treatment based on their skin color, they are diminishing the performances of their fellow actors. They are telling them that their superb acting wasn’t what made them winners – it was their skin color.
It also shows the weakness of modern day Americans. Very few have the fortitude to face a group of people who don’t want you to be in their venue, let alone win an award, with the type of courage that individuals like Hattie McDaniel or Sidney Poitier had. So, on this Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, lets remember the individuals who have made our world a better place – not the ones who whine and complain like the Jada Pinkett Smith’s and the Black Lives Matter crowd. Let us honor the ones who faced down a crowd of unhappy people to receive their award before they were shoved back into the shadows of a far wall. Let us remember those horrifying instances of racism so that we can ensure that they never happen to any race in our nation again.
I am so tired of hearing about the white privileges/black lives matter stuff. Is there really racism out there of corse there is but when these whinny crybaby people complain and scream racism when there isn’t any it diminishes true cases. It also diminishes all the hard work and effort that blacks throughout history up to today have accomplished.
The predictable End Game is at last to be attained:
Academy membership and the engineered (rigged) Oscar nomination (and award) results determined not by the content of one’s character or by the quality of one’s professional performance/achievement, but (“At last, at last…”) by the color of one’s skin and one’s membership in the PC-approved victim group du jour.
MKL, Jr would be SOOOOO proud.
Not.
