It’s that time of year again! There’s only a few days left in 2024, and Joe Biden has already left on vacation (again) on the taxpayers’ dime. It’s time to look back and decide who were the top 5 political losers of 2024.
This year, unlike previous years, the ranking means something. Let’s also define “political loser” for the purposes of this list: someone whose political power or stature has been greatly diminished (or lost) because of their actions during 2024. Is everyone ready? Get your popcorn, or some leftover Christmas cookies, and let’s go.
5) Joe Biden
Wait, you say. Shouldn’t Joe Biden be number one on this list? Well, that would presume that he had political power or stature during 2024. We’re now seeing a public admission of what we’ve known all along – Joe Biden’s brain is pudding, and he had to be handled with kid gloves from very early on in his presidency. President “Good Days and Bad Days” was nothing more than a meat puppet for others during his administration. In fact, the only decision that Old Joe has been willing to completely “own” was his pardon of his derelict asshole son Hunter – which even had his Democrat allies scrambling to explain (and the best they could do was “he’s such a loving father”). The pardon of Hunter revealed to even true believers that Joe Biden was willing to blatantly lie to the American people – something that we already knew, but now has become obvious to even the most loyal of leftist lackeys.
The lackeys then had to make their own decision about their willingness to accept the crap pie being slammed into their faces, but the American people made up their minds about Biden’s “legacy.” Joe Biden’s poll numbers remain low, and he now plans to “fade away” as his presidency winds down. He’s already done that, and the public will be glad to see him go.
4) Nancy Pelosi
Pelosi has always used the power of her position to keep iron control over her caucus – even when she had formally handed over the “majority leader” title to Hakeem Jeffries. San Fran Nan was still the queen of the House Democrats, and made all the back room deals. However, she made the biggest political flex of her career (with backup) when she forced Joe Biden out of the presidential election. Pelosi now laments that her “friendship” with Biden is essentially gone – but what did she think would happen? Her shock reflects someone who is used to wielding power for what is best for the party, with no consideration for personal attachments. Even at age 84, Nancy Pelosi was blocking AOC and making sure the House caucus was run according to her wishes. She’s now ending the year in a hospital bed, recovering from her fall in Luxembourg and her broken hip. At her age, that fall could have killed her. A broken hip is very serious for the elderly, and her injury has now done what no other Democrat has been able to do in decades – removed Nancy Pelosi from influence and power at one swoop. The business of the House will now move on without Pelosi – something which she obviously never saw coming in 2024.
3) Barack Obama
The former president saw himself as “kingmaker” in the Democrat party. He enjoyed being the “power behind the throne” in the Biden administration, as many of the White House staffers that Biden had were Obama administration alumni. In fact, one of the most telling moments of the entire Biden administration was seeing how Barack Obama was treated on his return to the White House. It was as if Joe Biden didn’t even exist.
This is – without peer – the most humiliating, emasculating thing I’ve ever watched. Obama and Harris literally ignore Joe Biden today at the White House. It’s not that we don’t understand Biden is weak and was never in charge. This is just the painful, visual proof. pic.twitter.com/Z6EEGMoa3N

After Joe Biden’s disasterous debate in June, Pelosi and Obama became the two movers (along with their backup dancer, Chuck Schumer) that forced Grandpa Joe off the presidential ticket and made him give up the nomination he had already earned. While it will be debated for years to come if Joe decided on Kamala as his replacement candidate a “poison pill” for the Democrats, both Pelosi and Obama endorsed her within a relatively short period of time. Barack and Michelle Obama then took over the DNC to give pro-Kamala pitches to a roaring Democrat crowd. And then Obama discovered that not all the glitz and glamour and Hollywood stars and singers and Oprah couldn’t save Kamala Harris from herself. Obama’s legacy will have been to give the American public Donald Trump – TWICE. This fact has now taken Obama’s political influence out at the knees – and if Donald Trump is able to get rid of some of the Deep State bureaucrats who still worship at the feet of the “Lightbringer,” it will go a long way toward removing Obama’s pernicious influence throughout government. Could Obama regain his influence and stature among Democrats in the future? Yes. However, he is ending 2024 in a far more diminished position than he had.
2) Jill Biden
Now we get to the real power behind the throne. It was Edith Wilson Jill Biden all along. If any one person knew just how much Joe’s cognitive capacity had declined, it was Jill. But it was obvious that she enjoyed all the trappings of presidential power, even if she didn’t have control of policy itself. Once Joe was forced off the presidential ticket, Jill, seething about the end of her life of luxury, simply gave up any pretense that this wasn’t about her fun and frolic and left Joe in the dust. She went to the Olympics, she went to Notre Dame, she entertained Hollywood at the White House. If there is someone to blame for all that has happened over the last four years, it is Jill Biden, who coddled and enabled and covered up for Joe, all because Lady Macbeth wanted power.
The real villain here is Jill Biden.
She saw him in the morning. She saw him at night. She saw him at his worst. She knew. She knew more than anyone else knew.
And that heartless witch not only let him stay, she was pushing him to run again. pic.twitter.com/NtfXwRximt

Jill will be headed off into political obscurity with Joe, and spend the rest of his life changing his diapers and making sure he doesn’t wander off the beach and into traffic. It’s a pretty fitting end for one of the most diabolical First Ladies we’ve ever seen.
Drumroll please….
1) Kamala Harris
The soon-to-be former vice president earns the top spot this year, and for good reason. While it was obvious from the moment Joe Biden picked her that she was a DEI hire, the presidential campaign laid bare her many shortcomings for all to see. This woman is vapid and entitled, and lacks any personal warmth or connection with the American public. She cannot think on her feet, and can only rattle off memorized lines. Sometimes she can do that tolerably well, like in a debate setting where the moderators are invested in seeing her win. But in an interview setting, even where the the interviewer is friendly, she faltered. With an interviewer who actually wanted real answers to complex questions, she melted into a puddle.

After being gifted the presidential nomination on a silver platter, Kamala’s first major decision was to cave to her own insecurities and pick the syncophantic Tim Walz over the more ambitious Josh Shapiro. That should have told us everything we needed to know. What followed was a daily dose of word salad and scripts, which thankfully ended with the election. After Kamala finished drowning her sorrows in a box of wine, she began packing up to return to California, scored a book deal, and is now contemplating her political future. Never has so much been handed to one person who didn’t deserve it, and never has so much money been wasted in such a short period of time.
Does this ranking align with yours? Is there someone else who should be on this list? Let me know in the comments.

Pelosi took a hit but I would not put her on this list. You said it yourself, even from a hospital bed in Europe she wielded enough power to stick it to the Squad. Speaking of tbe Squad, they collectively should be on the list. Two of their most vocal members bit the dust. Occasio-Cortez got stuffed and the two Nazi girls are stuck with a Semitiphile President. The other loser is Governor Hair Gel himself Gavin Newsom. While his 2028 rivals Governors Pritzker and Whitmer have said they will cooperate with the Trump Administration in removing criminal illegals, Newsom has doubled down on stupid. Newsom turns out to be a male as tone deaf as Kamala Harris.
Concur re: Pelosi.
I would put Schumer above all the other runners-up.
When it comes to the state level, Hochul over Hair-gel.
No one pays attention to NY outside of NYC, but the clout Stefanik earned is tripled by the respect Hochul and Schumer lost.
No disagreement on the names stated, perhaps only in their order.
You didn’t mention the several incidents that really sealed the Dems’ fate:
1) Joe Biden calling Trump supporters “garbage”.
2) Biden’s disastrous debate performance: “We beat Medicare!” (to which Trump responded, “Yeah, we beat it to death”.
3) Kamala’s arrogant appearance before the Teamsters endorsement panel, in which she refused to answer all their questions, and stated on the way out “We’re going to win either with you or without you.”
