On yesterday’s SiriusXM live show, Megyn Kelly offered practical advice for The Morning Joe hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski. Oh my, and that advice included pointed and very precise words.
Megyn Kelly excoriated MSNBC “Morning Joe” hosts and Donald Trump detractors Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski as “dishonest jokes” after the pair revealed on their show Monday morning they met with the president-elect in Florida.
“Go f–k yourselves,” the conservative podcast host said in her message to the lefty broadcast couple. “Go f–k yourselves, you dishonest jokes of faux journalists.” – The New York Post
Since I listen to Megyn Kelly every day in my car during my lunch break, I heard those words loudly and clearly when Megyn Kelly first pronounced them out with great precision. I nearly choked on my pimento cheese and crackers. I still consider SiriusXM like radio, not a prerecorded and edited podcast. Still, SiriusXM has some pretty relaxed guidelines. And quite frankly, I don’t resent Megyn at all for using the language she did. It was justified.
Go F–K Yourselfs!
Megyn Kelly to Joe and Mika …

I loved Megyn Kelly’s lead-in, in which she searched her history as a professional journalist to find the perfect response.
So Joe and Mika went down to Florida, looking for a soul to steal. They were in a bind and willing to make a deal. 😉
Joe and Mika needed to feel safe and searched to feel relevant, which is what happened here.
Maybe it wasn’t up to them, but maybe their bosses decided it was a good idea to take the show in a somewhat different direction now that Donald Trump will be sworn in as the 47th U.S. President on January 20th, 2025.
But Joe and Mika were the ones on the air telling the story of why they had changed their minds and decided to try to open up communication with Donald Trump again.
Perhaps calling Donald Trump a racist, Nazi, and Hitler wasn’t working out anymore.
Do you remember when Tweedledee and Tweedledum practically campaigned for Donald Trump the first time? I didn’t follow them back then, but Glenn Greenwald provides Megyn Kelly’s take from years ago.
Here was @megynkelly after Trump won in 2016, expressing amazement at how much Joe and Mika did to help Trump win the GOP nomination, because they let him call into their show weekly and oozed worship all over him — until they called him Hitler:pic.twitter.com/o4Uj2cXyKl

What is really going on with these two, Joe and Mika? First, they are all lovey-dovey with Trump in 2015, and then the next thing you know, they are calling him Hitler! What in the world? Well, this should be an example used in future journalism schools (if there is still such a thing) on what not to do.
Do we even have real news anymore? The “legacy” media have become nothing but opinion and entertainment channels.
Kelly pointed out the co-hosts initially helped pump up Trump’s first run for the White House starting in 2015 when he consistently called in to their show. She even played a clip of Scarborough saying he would be open to serving as Trump’s running mate before he started taking aim at the 45th president.
“It is nauseating, it’s so stomach-turning,” the former Fox News host, 54, said while having journalist Glenn Greenwald on her show. “They’re so disgusting.”
“And then what happened is Joe Scarborough found out he was not gonna be the vice presidential running mate,” she claimed.
“He had been rejected for that position and they turned, they turned on Trump because access to power is everything to that small, little man.” – New York Post
I have to ask, where on earth did Joe Scarborough get it in his head that Donald Trump would ask him to be his running mate in 2015? Huh? Someone tell me! Just because Donald Trump used to phone them on their show doesn’t make you a candidate for his running mate. If that were the case, why not pick Brian Kilmeade or Savannah Guthrie since she was a 2015 Today Show host where Trump would also phone in at least once a week.
No, these two grifters – Joe and Mika – are simply trying to suck up to Donald again because he won the election, and now they want in on all that glory.
But remember, these are the same two that were pulled from the air for a day after Donald Trump was nearly killed by an assassin’s bullet because of their toxic pomposity.
However, some MSNBC employees and staff are not happy with the couple’s decision to contact Trump and have a talk.
And the way CNN tells it, they’d have you believe that Joe and Mika simply didn’t want to face all of the hell, damnation, fire, and brimstone that surely would come their way after they got their followers all foaming at the mouth the last few years with their hateful discussions about Trump.
Monday morning’s big reveal led some media observers to suspect that the “Morning Joe” hosts thought they might be singled out for political prosecutions. Other MSNBC personalities have also privately wondered if they will be targeted.
Democratic political consultant Chuck Rocha channeled this view on CNN’s “NewsNight” Monday night: He said “I think Joe and Mika just don’t want to be audited.”
Veteran media critic Jeff Jarvis said on the same show that the “bended knee” was “a betrayal of the staff at MSNBC who do still criticize Donald Trump, who now feel that they are in some jeopardy because of that, because he has threatened the press.”
Last week, Trump ally and former White House adviser Steve Bannon warned MSNBC staffers to “preserve your documents” while predicting Gaetz’s Justice Department would pursue cases against them. Bannon name-checked MSNBC analyst Andrew Weissmann and anchor Ari Melber, cautioning “you young producers” better “lawyer up.” – CNN
WOW, who knew Steve Bannon had such power?
Oh, and Joe? Trump is not going to pick you for a cabinet position either, dear. So yeah, go f–k yourself, Joe.
