J.K. Rowling is daring Scottish officials to arrest her. Scotland has passed a new hate crime law that, among other things, essentially makes it a crime to call a transgender woman what he actually is… A MAN.

Scotland, as with many other countries as well as here in the U.S. has been dealing with the transgender issues for quite some time. Among those issues is putting a transgender criminal in women’s prison facilities. 

Isla Bryson who is actually a MAN named Adam Graham. Graham brutally raped two women. But since he decided to transition, he’s on record being labeled as a woman and was put into a women’s prison facility. All in order to be politically correct and not misgender someone. And this was done even prior to this law being passed. 

J.K. Rowling is having none of it. She’s been on record from the very beginning calling out this mental illness and bluntly pointing out how criminals are gaming the system. 

By passing the Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Act, Rowling said MSPs had “placed higher value on the feelings of men performing their idea of femaleness, however misogynistically or opportunistically, than on the rights and freedoms of actual women and girls.”

She wrote a long Twitter/X thread this morning naming quite a number of those criminals who are and have been using their transgender status as a weapon against women. Here’s just a couple of samples.

The common factors among all these is that A. They are biological MEN and B. Every single one of them committed horrific crimes agains women and girls. 

Here in the United States, the same thing has been happening across multiple states. Washington State, for example, announced last fall that the prison system will now provide gender-affirming clothes to transgender inmates, have a mental health specialist in each facility, and mandate more training for correctional officers. What could possibly go wrong? Oh. Wait. 

A transgender-identifying male was discovered having sex with a female inmate at a Washington state women’s prison earlier this month, according to an incident report of the event.

A corrections officer at the Washington Corrections Center for Women (WCCW) discovered 35-year-old Bryan Kim, who murdered his parents and now goes by Amber FayeFox Kim, having sex with 25-year-old Sincer-A Marie Nerton on March 14 during a routine check at the medium security unit (MSU), National Review reported.

But don’t you dare call Bryan Kim a MAN! 

Scotland is now rushing to reassure everyone that their new hate crimes law will be handled correctly and anyone with an ax to grind, who makes a false report will receive what? A stern lecture?

Human rights campaigner Peter Tatchell told the same programme the omission of women from the new law was an “astonishing exclusion”.

He added: “The big flaw in this Bill is it does not protect women against hate.”

Mr Tatchell also criticised the new law allowing third-party reporting.

He said: “With anonymity being granted, this could open the door to vexatious and malicious complainants who will go after people and use the third-party centre as a way of getting back at people.” 

Exactly. The law is not only overly broad, it doesn’t have any protections for those who will or would make a report just to get back at someone they dislike. In other words, BAKE THE CAKE. 

This new hate crimes law goes into effect just as all the Democrat politicians lined up in lockstep and issued social media proclamations celebrating the Transgender Day of Visibility. Easter you see, was just about the bunnies. Not about God. Well, except the Biden staffer who tweeted out this bit of dreck.

Let me stop you right there. God made men and women in his image. Puberty blockers, surgeries to chop off body parts, and hormone injections are the antithesis of how God designed each of us. 

Biden issued a multiple paragraph proclamation celebrating transgenders. His Easter statement? Two measly paragraphs. 

J.K. Rowling is daring Scotland law enforcement to arrest her for committing the hate crime of pointing out the obvious. Transgender men are biologically MEN. And those who commit crimes against women, but are coddled by the system because reasons and narrative are the very worst, and should not receive special treatment whatsoever. 

Yet that special treatment is being extended not only to those who are navigating and gaming the judicial and prison systems, it is being extended to the likes of the Nashville shooter whose manifesto is still under wraps. 

Scotland’s new hate crime law can be, has been, and likely will be weaponized against women and against those who live in reality. A reporter was fired last fall, before the law took effect, for saying the obvious, trans women are actually men changing to be women. 

There’s another problem with this hate crime law. A person can declare themselves as transgender without even getting an official medical diagnosis. See the loophole there? 

We are living in amazing times when Monty Python skits become reality.
