Hillary Clinton Still Refuses to Use the Term “Radical Islam”

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, most likely, it is a duck. Not necessarily so in Hillary Clinton’s mind. Why, oh, why will she not call radical Islam what it is? Take a look:

“It doesn’t do justice to the vast number of Muslims in our country and around the world who are peaceful people. Number 2, it helps to create this clash of civilizations that is actually a recruiting tool for ISIS and other radical jihadists who use this as a way of saying, ‘We are in a war against the West — you must join us.’

Clinton also called upon Facebook, Twitter and social media outlets a few weeks back to join the fight against ISIS-(AKA Not part of “radical Islam”):

“We’re going to need help from Facebook and from YouTube and from Twitter.

They cannot permit the recruitment and the actual direction of attacks of the celebration of violence by the sophisticated Internet user. They’re going to have to help us take down these announcement and appeals, particularly as they get up.”

Clinton took to ABC This Week to continue her narrative of why she doesn’t call (radical) Islam, “radical Islam”:

GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS: You’ve also been reluctant to say we’re fighting radical Islam. And I wonder why not. Isn’t it a mistake not to say it plain, that the violence is being pushed by radical elements in that faith?

HILLARY CLINTON: Well, that’s a different thing. Radical elements who use a dangerous and distorted view of Islam to promote their jihadist ambitions, I’m fine with that. I say it all the time and I go after Islamists, too.

STEPHANOPOULOS: So what’s the problem with radical Islam?

CLINTON: Well, the problem is that that sounds like we are declaring war against a religion. And that, to me, is, number one, wrong but…

STEPHANOPOULOS: Even though the qualifier radical is there?

CLINTON: No, because, look, that — you know enough about religion, you’ve studied it. And there are radicals, people who believe all kinds of things, in every religion in the world. . . .

And Americans calling out “radical Islam” is somehow different than this?

I guess we can take “radical” off the table of descriptive adjectives in describing all religions if this is the case, right? Tell that to the next group of loonies who decide to represent Westboro Baptist Church in the name of Christianity.

By definition, radicalism is a noun that means political orientation of those favoring revolutionary change. In political science, the term radicalism is the belief that society needs to be changed, and that these changes are only possible through revolutionary means. Jihad is okay. Jihad is defined as: a holy war waged on behalf of Islam as a religious duty. Interesting. Referring to terror attacks as “Dangerous extreme, extremism” is okay…but heavens-no! We cannot utter the word “radicalism” when defining terror attacks executed by Muslims. If we break it down even further, the word “radical” is defined as: advocating or based on thorough or complete political or social reform; representing or supporting an extreme section of a political party.

Blessed flag…covers all eastern and western extents of the Earth, filling the world with the truth and justice of Islam and putting an end to the falsehood and tyranny of jahiliyyah [state of ignorance], even if American and its coalition despise such.
— 5th edition of Dabiq, the Islamic State’s English-language magazine

News outlets, (both right- and left-leaning) are using the term “radicalism”. Heck, Wikipedia even has a section on Islamic Fundamentalism which is also defined as, you guessed it-“Radical Islam”! But Hillary Clinton? No, she’s “better” than that. She’s “better” than all of us and she will not place labels upon those who quite frankly, should be labeled as individuals practicing “radical Islam”.

Dangerous, extreme uhhh- extremism is what she said. Radical elements who use a dangerous and distorted view of Islam to promote their jihadist ambitions (considering jihad is an Islamic term.) Six of one, half a dozen of the other. Potato, po-tahhh-toe. Say it with us, Hillary. Let the words just flow off your tongue. Radical Islam.
