Well, well, how conveeeeenient. Seems that the court-martial of Bowe Bergdahl, which was supposed to take place this August, has been pushed back until next February. As in, after the presidential election.
A military judge decided Tuesday to delay Bergdahl’s trial from August until February to provide time for resolving disputes over the defense team’s access to classified documents.
Bergdahl is currently pushing paperwork at Fort Sam Houston, awaiting the court-martial. Given how much fanfare the Obama administration made out of Bergdahl’s return in 2014…
And he’s not the only one who believes this is awfully convenient for the administration.

Justice delayed, yet again. Is it to preserve Obama’s so-called “legacy,” or to make sure that the president doesn’t interfere with an Army court-martial? You make the call.

Could be either one, depending on who really made the decision. (If it wasn’t pressure from above, then it’s definitely to avoid that very pressure.)
