WNBA Player Refuses To Wear USA 250 Patch Because: Slavery

Brianna Turner, of the WNBA, is a six-figure salary earner. Despite this, she is flat out refusing to wear the planned league jersey representing America’s 250th anniversary.

Whoever called for the WNBA all star uniforms to have the USA 250 patch should have thought that through considering no WNBA players would have been free 250 years ago. The majority wouldn’t even have their freedom 100 years ago.”-Brianna Turner

In fact, Brianna the Brain wouldn’t have been running around on a basketball court years ago. She is one of the top “elite” female athletes in America but she would have been reduced to a “breeder” or “working in the fields all day”.

Oh, Breezy Bri…

There certainly was no basketball. No college education at Notre Dame. In fact, Notre Dame reeks of oppression, don’t you think? Oh, but Brianna Turner has forgotten. She is a victim. “Breezy” is letting it all fly in the wind.

While Brianna Turner does not approve of wearing the 250th USA commemorative patch on her jersey, you know what she is completely down with? MEN in WOMEN’S sports. This is stupidity and a disconnect that we cannot make up even if we tried.

The inclusion of trans girls in youth sports matters because trans youth deserve an opportunity to just be kids. Sports can create a safe space for trans girls to participate and feel a sense of normalcy in a life where others, particularly politicians, make it their mission to intervene.”-Brianna Turner

Huh? Youth, in general, deserve the opportunity to just be kids. To just be kids without their psycho celebrity, liberal enclave parents and teachers trying to trans them. If they just got involved with sports before the trans-ing, maybe, just maybe, they would feel a sense of belonging to the point of not having to resort to hormones that impact performance and harmful bodily mutilations. But, what do I know?

Sports can create a “safe space” for trans “girls”? A “safe place” for the they/thems/she/hers but not for biological women? My guess is “Breezy-Bri” has never seen a d*ck flapping in her privileged locker room.

Trans women and girls are a small and vulnerable population. I think it’s unrealistic to expect trans people to do all the work themselves. It all takes cis people to speak up and advocate for the trans community.”-Brianna Turner

CIS people (to include women) HAVE spoken. The issue here is the expectation of compliance from these big-mouths. Compliance or else being called out for being a homophobic, transphobic, misogynist, and…wait for it…raaaaacist.

Brianna Turner also thinks the transgender ban does NOT protect women’s sports. She’s also been very outspoken about the IOC’s new transgender ban and sex verification policy. So much so, she wrote a whole Op-Ed.

Policies that single out transgender women and athletes with intersex variations do not protect women’s sports. They manufacture a scapegoat while the real challenges to women’s sports go unaddressed: unequal funding, limited access to training and facilities, pay disparities, male-dominated leadership, gender-based violence and harassment across race, sex, sexual orientation and gender identity.

Focusing on who should be allowed to call themselves a woman distracts from the structural inequities that actually limit women’s opportunities.

“-Brianna Turner

Policies that single out men who want to be women do not protect women’s sports. Fixed it for you, Bri. And, let’s talk about poor young women in high school who had their dreams of athletic scholarships stripped from them because a BOY cosplaying as a GIRL won the track meet. Keep swimming, Brianna.

Do not use the names of women athletes to target, shame or exclude transgender women. Transgender women are women. Women with intersex variations are women. I welcome these women – and all women – onto my teams.”-Brianna Turner

Lia(r) Thomas is a “woman”. Right. What do you think would happen if the likes of Lia(r) were a basketball player in the WNBA? A white, trans MAN who thinks he’s a “woman” taking the spot of a biological, black woman. You can’t “play alongside” someone if they take your spot, smarty-pants. Racism? Nah. Equality. Inclusion. Brianna Turner, oblivious to her own ignorance, would still cast her vote accordingly.

Brianna Turner has just added to the growing list of why nobody watches or really cares about the WNBA. Imagine being butthurt about wearing a red, white and blue patch. First-world problems, Breezy, first-world problems. Luckily for you, slavery is a thing of the past. No shackles, no chains. You’re free to leave, Ms. Turner. Africa? China? Iran? Who wants a WNBA player?

“No WNBA players would have been free 250 years ago. ”

True but they probably cost less than the males.

    Too soon?

Brianna Turner is positioning herself for a top spot advocating for all athletes being neglected, oppressed, blah blah blah. She specializes in a custom blend of skin color and gender anatomy but accepts all,and I expect she will become wealthier than the combined assets of those she will represent. It’s grift masquerading as justice something or other and the op-ed was letting us all know she’s ready to play that ball too.
She has no meaningful skills so what else can she do? Her college education prepared her this role and nothing else.

Ungrateful Bitch!! I hear some basketball teams in Africa are recruiting. She should make the switch to her homeland.
