Jack Schlossberg, who has been an open critic of the Trump administration, launched his campaign to replace retiring Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) in New York’s 12th Congressional District yesterday.
The grandson of John F. Kennedy, and the son of former US Ambassador Caroline Kennedy, teased about this run in September, but takes to TikTok every chance he can get. The Internet is forever and, he’s got a ticket to ride:
Some are calling it Cringealot. Nina mentioned this yesterday. His own mother doesn’t want him to run. But, what can possibly go wrong?
JFK’s grandson, Jack Schlossberg, announces his big for Congress in New York to replace Jerry Nadler.

We get it, Jack. You’re a flaming liberal.
Another nepo-baby theater-kid for the dems to add to their ranks. Their party is a bad episode of Glee without the music.

What qualifies Schlossberg for office? Well, he’s got the Ivy League Pedigree. He wrote for Vogue in 2024 and, he has the social media “know how”.
I also bring two years now of experience in a toxic and polluted media environment where, unlike a lot of people, I know how to breathe that air. I think that this district needs somebody who knows how to fight back effectively in this new political era that we’re living in.”-Jack Schlossberg
New York’s 12th District is one of the city’s oldest and wealthiest, to include the Upper East Side of Manhattan, where Jack grew up and can impose his affluenza on the masses.
There is nothing our party can’t do to address costs of living, corruption and the constitutional crisis that we’re in. But without the control of Congress, there’s almost nothing that we can do.”-Jack Schlossberg
Well, Jack, you can’t sing. But the whole thing is rich. A Kennedy nepo baby from the Upper East Side talking about the costs of living, corruption and “constitutional crisis”, whilst singing shirtless on Fire Island or wherever…
My name is Jack Schlossberg, and I’m running for Congress to represent my home, New York’s 12th congressional district, where I was born and raised, where I took the bus to school every single day from one side of the district to the other.”-Jack Schlossberg, Town and Country Magazine
Correction-took the bus to his all-boys’ prep school where the cost per academic year is currently a hefty $68,910. Yayyyyyesss. Jack Schlossberg knows the struggle of a real New Yorker. A starring role on a Bravo series? Maybe. Congress, though?
Maybe he should try out for La Cage aux Folles

Jack for the 12th. A shimmying former frat-boy in Hyannis Port and on the Upper East Side being his most authentic selfie. What does he have in common with Zohran Mamdani? Well, he didn’t come from nowhere. But, he did grow up to be a privileged twit, just like the soon-to-be mayor.
If Zohran Mamdani and I have anything in common, it’s that we are both trying to be authentic versions of ourselves and meet people where they are and communicate with people in New York City and be present and show up for people. The only race I know how to run is my own.”-Jack Schlossberg
This is a humiliation ritual for the entire country
Jack can run this clip in heavy rotation and it won't cost him a single vote.
He will wear the Marilyn Monroe dress and sing Happy Birthday, Mr. President. https://t.co/ZAmJYXt22Y

So, yeah. Jack Schlossberg is going to “meet people where they’re at”, though. He will continue to run his mouth on TikTok and Instagram. And this is where the Democrats are at. They are in the vast wasteland of dopamine and doom-scrolling. Jack breathes that air. He blows (umm, no pun intended) it out. For as much as these progressive Democrats talk oof Trump and his privilege, they put it all on display for everyone to see. Zohran Mamdani: privileged grifter who was elected to office. Katie Wilson: another socialist (wannabe communist) mayor on the opposite coast in Seattle who still loves off her parents. And, now, this guy.
He’s got a ticket to ride…
America’s class system in one video:
Working people need experience to get a job.
Elites need a last name to get a Congressional district.

The jokes will continue to write themselves.
