Sure, others lived through dark times, we’re not alone—but it didn’t seem to matter a whit.  Only the next turn of the screw certifying the steal from Pennsylvania or Michigan.  Lurid media Goebbels’ buggering a supine public—nonstop brain fever and teeth gnashing—

Until . . .  until – he cracked a little book of wit and wisdom.

Fake News. Russia! Russia! Russia. I never had sex with that woman.  I never inhaled. I see no evidence of Voter Fraud. The reality of Male and Female Identity are mere social constructs. Abraham Lincoln was an oppressor. Only Black Lives Matter. War is Peace. Freedom is Slavery. Ignorance is Strength. Big Brother is Watching You.

All of the great empires of the future will be empires of the mind.

And in the case of Zucker, Dorky and rest of the tech tyrants they will seize the means of perception in order to make a search engine, a mere algorithm your God.

You have enemies?  Good. That means you stood up for something in your life.

Even as they seek to make you bow, seek to make you obey, they have not the power to enforce, only we have the power to surrender.

Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
