You knew it was coming right? Yes, the “Obama Phone Lady” is the star of a Political Ad sponsored by the Tea Party Victory Fund, which is a Super PAC. The ad is aimed squarely at the swing-state Ohio and African-American voters specifically. It’s written by the Fund’s chairman Ken Blackwell, Ohio’s former Secretary of State. In the ad, Ken Blackwell says:
“Have Barack Obama’s policies empowered or enslaved Americans?”
