Late last night, the MN shooting suspect was captured after a tip from a citizen’s game cam alerted authorities. Later on, his hit list was revealed. There’s some weird details to it that add to the ‘a lot of this doesn’t make sense’ confusion surrounding this dude.
Vance Boelter, the suspect wanted in connection with the political assassination and attempted assassination of Minnesota legislators, has been captured, sources confirmed with Alpha News.
According to radio traffic, he was tracked into the woods in Sibley County. When a drone flew overhead, he put his hands in the air and walked toward officers in a SWAT vehicle.
Multiple sources say he was spotted near a residence in Green Isle and began running down a driveway into the woods, wearing all black with a backpack. At one point, he was tucked in the fetal position and then began to army crawl until he eventually stood up to surrender.

Understandably, Minnesota lawmakers from the local to the national level are very relieved that the shooter has been captured. Most especially John and Yvette Hoffman, both of whom are still hospitalized. John was shot 9 times, Yvette was shot 8 times. Their recovery will, I’m sure, take quite some time.
It took a combination of multiple local, state, and federal agencies including 20 SWAT teams to locate and capture Boelter. As the manhunt ensued, much of Boelter’s life was scrutinized and added to the confusion.
He had a home, wife and kids. But was renting a room in a home over an hour away. He was a minister, but also supposedly ran an international security company, was a “Dr” of Education, spent time as a general manager for 7/11, and worked for nearly two years at a funeral home. In the midst of all that, he also was appointed to Minnesota’s Workforce Development Board by Tim Walz.
The shooter was all over the map and then some professionally. Adding to the ‘this doesn’t make sense’ head-scratching is that, as Carol reported here, Boetler’s wife was detained by police …and then LET GO even though she had passports, weapons, and ammunition in her vehicle. Keep in mind, she was stopped at a location several hours north of where Boetler was captured.
The more we find out about the shooter, as the Hoffmans strive to recover and the Hortman family mourns, the more a lot of this really doesn’t make sense. And his roommate seems more than a bit sketchy.
That was one of the most bizarre interviews I've ever seen. The cutouts to the reporter were bizarre, his comments were strange, getting major political figures names wrong was odd. Messed up!

And now we have his hit list. Which is, in my opinion, weird.
The suspect in the assassination of a Minnesota state lawmaker and the shooting of a second possessed a notebook that mentioned about 70 potential targets, some in neighboring states, that included politicians, civic and business leaders, and Planned Parenthood centers, according to law enforcement officials.
JUST IN: The contents of Vance Boelter's “hit list” have been provided to Alpha News. More than 60 Democrat leaders appear on it along with abortion clinics.

Needless to say, people are already running with the, he was a right-winger because he targeted pro-abortion people!
Here’s the problem with his hit list.
A. John Hoffman isn’t on the list
B. At least one person is listed twice
C. One person on the list had passed from cancer in December
D. Many on the list were from the 2024 legislative session, not the 2025 session
No manifesto to be found.
Here is the only "hit list" that matters: Melissa Hortman. John Hoffman.

Those are the two state Democrats he sought out first in separate attacks.
Were they picked at random? Or targeted for siding with Republicans to strip healthcare from illegal aliens?
You make the call. https://t.co/I9VLSeBFQi
See how confusing and weird all of this is?
That said, we are now finding out that it could’ve been worse as Boetler went to two other lawmakers homes as well as the Hoffman and Hortman homes that night. One family was on vacation, and due to the police responding, Boetler left the area before he could kill again. He will be charged with first-degree murder.
Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty said during a news conference Monday that she plans to file first-degree murder charges against Boelter. The maximum penalty upon conviction of first-degree murder is life imprisonment without parole in Minnesota, which is not a death penalty state.
Authorities initially charged him with second-degree murder and attempted murder — the highest charges that could be filed in a criminal complaint when there is probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
Let’s hope Moriarty upholds the law in this case. Given her incredibly liberal bent I’m amazed that such a high bail ($5 million) was imposed. Especially since she decided NOT to prosecute the Tesla vandal.
The shooter, with his weird hit list, is the one to blame for injuring two people and murdering two others. But that hasn’t stopped Democrats from blaming President Trump.

Quite frankly, I don’t give a rats ass about the Boetler’s political leanings. For whatever reason, he decided to compose a hit list, and then went after them. Was it purely political? NO ONE KNOWS.
We only have a hit list. We, and no one else, has a clue as to what his motives were or are. Again, more questions than answers at this point.
What we DO know is that Boetler is in custody, the Hortman family is in mourning, and the Hoffmans are doing their damndest to recover from being shot.
