On Saturday, a solemn Memorial Day was commemorated by Democrats through this tweet featuring President Obama. But they didn’t stop there.

Here is a real tribute to fallen heroes by President Ronald Reagan from 1985 at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.

President Reagan understood the dangers of his world. He loved America’s heroes and appreciated the sacrifices of those who gave their all to keep America free. I miss him more and more.

We veterans cringe when we heae someone say “Happy Memorial Day.”
Doesn’t matter their political stripes.

Yeah. I’ve taken to saying “Blessed Memorial Day”. Though it still isn’t quite right.
