First Lady Melania Trump is not playing around. She will get a full apology from Hunter Biden, or she will take the money he doesn’t have.

When Hunter Biden began opening his mouth in these long form interviews with Andrew Callaghan on YouTube, it revealed a couple of things. First, he doesn’t care what the Democrat party now thinks of him – he’s more than happy to burn everything down in his wake. And second, all the drugs he has done has not just rotted his teeth, but also his brain function. Otherwise, he would have thought a little more carefully about opening his mouth and repeating the debunked “Jeffrey Epstein introduced Melania to Donald Trump” story.

And when I say it is debunked, I mean that Melania Trump has already used legal action to get both The Daily Beast and James Carville to retract and apologize for spreading the fake story. The kicker is, Hunter Biden REPEATED that story AFTER the retractions were done! When I covered part two of his interview, noting that he had repeated this tall tale, I warned him that he was on legal quicksand.

And now, Hunter is repeating the same story. Does anyone think that Melania’s legal team will let this pass, or that Donald Trump would not enjoy slamming Hunter Biden for repeating this lie? Hunter can freely speculate on Trump and Epstein all he wants, but the second he repeats the Wolff lie that has already been debunked and retracted by others, he opens himself up to legal problems. Hunter has big enough legal bills without adding to them because he’s stupid enough to just repeat things, but hey – the “smartest man” Joe Biden knows, everyone!

Well, guess what? Melania’s legal team is not letting this pass.

A letter from lawyer Alejandro Brito informed Hunter Biden, and his lawyer Abbe Lowell, that Hunter needed to immediately retract his statements and apologize to Melania Trump for repeating the story. That letter was dated August 6th, the day after the second YouTube interview went live.

Brito demanded that Biden “immediately retract the false, defamatory, disparaging and inflammatory statements made about Mrs. Trump,” which were contained in a video interview with Channel 5 with Andrew Callaghan and posted to Youtube in early August.

“Failure to comply will leave Mrs. Trump with no choice but to pursue any and all legal rights and remedies available to her to recover the overwhelming financial and reputational harm that you have caused her to suffer,” Brito wrote.

In the video interview, titled “Hunter Biden Returns” video earlier in August, the former first son claimed “Epstein introduced Melania to Trump. The connections are, like, so wide and deep.”

Biden also claimed that “Jeffrey Epstein introduced Melania, and that’s how Melania and the first lady and the President met.”

“These false, disparaging, defamatory, and inflammatory statements are extremely salacious and have been widely disseminated throughout various digital mediums,” Brito wrote. “Indeed, the video has since been re-published by various media outlets, journalists, and political commentators with millions of social media followers that have disseminated the false and defamatory statements therein to tens of millions of people worldwide.”

Brito added: “Consequently, you have caused Mrs. Trump to suffer overwhelming financial and reputational harm.”

After noting that others have issued retractions and apologies, Brito told Hunter Biden and Abbe Lowell to do the same, or prepare to be sued for upwards of $1 billion.

Brito demanded, on behalf of the first lady, that Biden “immediately issue a full and fair retraction of the video and any and all other false, defamatory, disparaging, misleading, and inflammatory statements about Mrs. Trump in as conspicuous a manner as they were originally published.”

Brito also demanded, on behalf of the first lady, that Biden “immediately issue an apology for the false, defamatory, disparaging, misleading and inflammatory statements about Mrs. Trump.”

Brito also directed Biden not to “destroy, conceal, or alter any paper or electronic files, physical evidence” or other records relating to the false claims; including communications regarding Melania Trump; records of his sources; and any documents or data regarding Mrs. Trump.

“If you do not comply with the above by August 7, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. EST, Mrs. Trump will be left with no alternative but to enforce her legal and equitable rights, all of which are expressly reserved and are not waived, including by filing legal action for over $1 Billion Dollars in damages,” Brito wrote. “You are on notice.”

A source close to the matter told Fox News Digital that Biden did not comply with the requests by the set deadline.

Today is August 14th, a full week after this deadline, and there has been no such apology or retraction by Hunter. In fact, this letter did not get to the press from Melania Trump or her legal team. No, reportedly it was HUNTER’S TEAM who leaked it to the press.

The source said Biden and his team “leaked the letter” from the first lady’s attorney to “a friendly reporter,” which “shows how deeply concerned they are about Hunter’s serious liability for spreading defamatory lies.”

It is unclear which reporter and for which outlet the letter was shared with.

Is Team Hunter hoping that by leaking the letter, they will discourage Melania Trump and her lawyers from taking him to court? If they think that, they have seriously underestimated the First Lady. She has completely lost her patience for putting up with this kind of fake story being repeated, and now she’s going to let her lawyers speak for her.

Now, Hunter Biden has no money, probably few assets, and legal bills that he could spend the rest of his life working off. His paintings are worthless and he couldn’t sell copies of his own book (the same book that helped build a legal case against him). He doesn’t have $1 billion, but the number is meant to serve as a warning shot, not a final amount. However, if his legal team did indeed leak the letter, then they are even stupider than I thought. If they think this will garner sympathy for poor widdle Hunter, the dummy who can’t keep his fat mouth shut, then they should all be drug tested.

With no apology, the deadline long past, and the leaking of the letter, the ball is now in Melania’s court. I hope she and her legal team proverbially serve it right into Hunter’s smug face.

UPDATE 7:45 AM PT
Well, now we know why Hunter’s legal team leaked the letter. They planned on dropping this video in response.

And despite the title (Andrew Callaghan has to be enjoying this attention), Hunter Biden is NOT making a public apology.

“F–k that. That’s not going to happen,” Biden said with an arrogant smile during an interview on the YouTube show “Channel 5 with Andrew Callaghan” on Thursday.

Biden, like the Daily Beast and others, was citing author Michael Wolff, who has made bold and dubious claims about the president in the past that have been subject to dispute.

The former first son stressed that he was referencing other sources beyond Wolff.

“What I said was what I have heard and seen, reported and written, primarily from Michael Wolff, but also dating back all the way to 2019 when the New York Times, I think … reported that sources said that Jeffrey Epstein claimed to be the person to introduce Donald Trump to Melania at that time,” he said in the interview that dropped Thursday.

A cocky Biden also suggested he would love to get to a deposition with the Trumps over the Epstein claims.

“I also think they’re bullies, and they think that a billion dollars is going to scare me,” he said. “If they want to sit down for a deposition and clarify the nature of the relationship between Jeffrey Epstein — if the president, the first lady want to do that, and all of the known associates around them at the time of whatever time that they met, I’m more than happy to provide them the platform to be able to do it.”

Both the president and first lady have said they met in 1998 during a New York Fashion Week party at Kit Kat Klub in New York City hosted by Paolo Zampolli.

All right. Hunter Biden is a toolbag, and he apparently believes that he has additional information that supports Michael Wolff’s claims, AND he wants to depose the Trumps over it. Well, he’s welcome to try that in court (his legal team really cannot be this stupid), and we will get to see how far Melania Trump is willing to go (my bet is quite far). Grab the popcorn.
