He, and we are assuming a lot here, joins all-stars Dr. Rachel Levine, Sam Brinton, and Karine Jean-Pierre among the cast picked for their box checking ability and not their competency in their chosen professions.

Earlier this summer, Dr. Demetre Daskalakis was chosen by President Joe Biden as the White House’s National Monkeypox Response Deputy Coordinator. Since then, Daskalakis has been leading the efforts to respond to this new outbreak and establish proper communication to the community that has been the most affected by the disease – men who have sex with men.

Not only is Dr. Daskalakis into BDSM, he is also into cruel animal testing (which doesn’t work), so he should get along with Dr. Anthony Fauci. Here, he and his husband have a protester arrested for protesting animal testing outside thei Spin Studio:

Just a reminder that Dr. Levine played football in high school with General Mark Milley. That was before he decided he was a she and was an Admiral. Dr. Levine is as good of an Admiral as Milley is a General. And, let’s not leave out Sam Brinton’s bone fides. From the Daily Mail:

Brinton’s parents are Peggy Jo and Stephen, Southern Baptist missionaries who now live in Iowa
When they were in middle school and living in Florida, Brinton says they were subjected to conversion therapy

Sam Brinton should do a double act with Dr. Daskalakis. Dr. D. admits in the Out Magazine article that he doesn’t mind “showing some skin”:

Outside of his career and professional accomplishments, Daskalakis is an out and proud gay man who likes to have fun on social media by posting pictures working out, traveling the world, and hanging out with friends. He’s also not scared of showing some skin and sharing the occasional thirst traps. All in all, one could say that Daskalakis is always giving “get you a man who can do both” energy – and we love to see it!
