Every once in a while, the media introduces someone, and you listen, because that someone is saying things that kind of align with how you think. Quickly though, you realize that particular someone is a desperate, attention-seeking, fame ho clinging to a movement for relevance. Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you to Laura Loomer, central casting’s grade A example of a desperate, attention-seeking fame ho. Hopefully, her fame clock is running down.
Laura Loomer has been orbiting around the whole immigration visa discussion going on now and, occasionally tossing in a little C4, to keep her name in the game. Check this out from Mediaite and see if you can spot any problems:
Right wing MAGA influencer Laura Loomer told host Eric Bolling on Monday that Donald Trump insider and billionaire Elon Musk has made “junkies” of the right with his massive donor money and control of X, and suggested that Trump world is afraid to cross him.
Loomer is one of the latest and most vocal among MAGA influencers to join in scorched earth internal warfare over the issue of H-1B guest worker visas. She joins Trump insider Steve Bannon in trashing Musk, Vivek Ramaswamy, and those to whom she directs the “tech bro” label as an insult. And she joined Bannon literally on his show to trash Musk over his aggressively profane outbursts on the topic.
Laura Loomer is a “MAGA influencer”? Maybe on The Loony Left. The “scorched earth internal warfare” is raging between a few. Most of us MAGA-types are pleased to be having the conversation about immigration. We think that it’s important to have open and honest conversations about every aspect of immigration. Bomb-throwers are not helpful. Loomer is bringing nothing at all to this party.
Loomer is kvetching that Musk throttled her account on X AND made it so that she couldn’t (Toni wipes a tear away) purchase Premium content.
I have now also been banned from being able to purchase premium.
We are always told to buy premium. But if you criticize immigration you get your premium check taken away and you also get banned from being able to buy Premium.

Six years ago, our Nina told you about how Loomer chained herself to Twitter (pre-Elon) citing censorship. Five years ago, Miss Loomer was banned from Facebook and other social media sites for violating their Terms of Service in some way.
In September, Laura Loomer was banned from Trump Force One:
Far-right commentator Laura Loomer is going on an anti-Republican tirade after reportedly being banned from traveling with former President Donald Trump.
The conspiracy theorist, who traveled with Trump to his recent presidential debate before appearing at a 9/11 event, stirred anger among Republicans who feel her presence is a detriment to the campaign.
Trump initially responded to the backlash by telling reporters that he “didn’t control Laura,” dubbing her a “free spirit.”
But with Loomer seemingly unable to keep her outrageous and offensive remarks to herself—and with Trump reportedly receiving numerous phone calls from concerned advisors and donors—the far-right provocateur, according to the Washington Post, was ultimately barred from regularly traveling with Trump.
Not only that, Trump is said to have privately described Loomer as “crazy” to those close to him.
Trump doesn’t really seemed to mind crazy, but unhinged, mean and crazy are pushing it. Here is a quick video of Loony Laura and her background. I disagree with the video in that I think Trump had her number pretty quick.
No. Trump and Vance are NOT active running on her views. As a matter of fact, I think Lou-Lou has got Loomer down pat.
Laura is so jealous of Elon. It’s like a little jealous high school girl. Looks like she has plenty of “free speech” at the present. Loomer, you don’t have the mental capacity to ever hold a position in any presidential cabinet. That’s not Elon’s problem; it’s yours.

Laura Loomer should go set a thirst trap elsewhere. The grown ups are trying to have an important convo about immigration.

formwiz says: Laura is not the problem. I like her. She’s got all the guts in the world and she’s a knockout. And, yeah, Vivek and Elon did not help their cause. This is no flame war between techies, this is politics and the rules are different.
It’s Bannon that’s keeping this going. He’s turned Breitbart into a clown car and now he wants to be Trump’s Richelieu.

John Shepherd says: Loomer was useful for savaging Ron DeSantis and Nicky Haley. Now that Trump doesn’t need her she has become persona non grata. Ms. Williams and others can pretend Loomer had no influence but a glance at comments in places like instapundit and Powerline from year ago echo her attacks on Trump’s primary opponents
