She’s always been tough! Really? Why else would we suddenly find out Kamala is planning to visit the border for only the second time since being named Border Czar?

Vice President Kamala Harris is planning to visit the US-Mexico border while in Arizona on Friday, according to a source familiar with the discussions, as Harris tries to close the gap with former President Donald Trump on the issue of immigration.

Details of the visit – which CNN first reported Monday that campaign officials were weighing – are still being sorted.

Harris previously visited the border in her capacity as vice president and has cited her work as a US senator and state attorney general representing a border state – California.

Except her previous visit to the border involved a quick photo op and a word salad, while standing on the airport tarmac. She never actually VISITED the border. And yes, her go-to response these days about any question concerning the border is ‘and here I was as Attorney General….’ Which is totally irrelevant to the situation RIGHT NOW.

Here’s what Kamala should be discussing while pandering at the border on Friday. Children being trafficked by smugglers.

Border Patrol agents are warning that kids as young as 8 are being drugged and smuggled into the US by traffickers posing as their parents or family members — and nobody knows how common the horrifying practice is.

Authorities have rescued children caught up in two different instances of such smuggling in recent weeks — including one instance in which the alleged traffickers had birth certificates for multiple kids to whom they weren’t related, according to the Border Patrol.

Border Patrol sources have told The Post they’ve observed increasing numbers of smugglers posing as family units in order to “recycle” children.

THAT is a very real issue that Kamala “Border Czar” Harris needs to be asked about during her border visit and every damned day. 

Another question that needs to be asked and a genuine answer expected involves the very real Venezuelan gangs. 

The vicious Venezuelan migrant gang Tren de Aragua is luring desperate women deep into the heart of the US, forcing them to sell their bodies on the streets of American cities to pay off exorbitant smuggling fees, a newly leaked law enforcement document obtained by The Post reveals.

At least eight states have seen an explosion in migrant prostitution since the gang laid down roots in the US, with authorities in Texas, Nevada, Illinois, California, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey and New York now fighting to curtail the sex trade, the memo shows.

Quite honestly, it would not surprise me one bit if the same was happening in Aurora, CO. Not only that, but there’s a certain hotel in El Paso that’s having major issues with that same violent gang.

Or maybe Kamala needs to be asked about the illegals the Biden-Harris Administration has let into this country who are preying on women and children, especially girls, yet are being released with zero consequences?

Bill Melugin has been on the case regarding the border of nearly three years now. Earlier yesterday, he outlined another issue that Kamala has studiously avoided addressing. 

NEW: I asked VP Kamala Harris’ campaign if she will keep the Biden administration’s controversial CBP One cell phone app & CHNV migrant flights mass parole program if she wins the election.

The campaign provided me a statement that did not answer those questions. The campaign said instead that she supports the bipartisan border bill, and would sign it.

That bill would have immediately ended the use of the CBP One cell phone app for paroling migrants into the U.S., but it would have kept the CHNV migrant flights parole program in place.

Both programs combined have allowed over 1.3 million migrants to enter the U.S. lawfully since the Biden admin started them less than two years ago in late 2022 & early 2023.

800,000+ via the CBP One App.
530,000 via CHNV migrant flights.

Again, these numbers are not counted in Border Patrol data as they are not illegal crossings and they never encounter Border Patrol.

That wasn’t a response, that was a campaign statement. 

But now, she’s gonna be super tough on the border? Everything she’s said at every campaign rally and the less than five interviews she’s done have only referenced her so-called record as Attorney General. Which, isn’t as stellar as she’d like us to believe. 

In 2010 Kamala Harris was running for Attorney General.

Her democratic opponent called her out on her support for sanctuary laws and the role they played in a brutal murder.

Instead of disavowing sanctuary laws, she delivered classic Kamala word salad.

People DIED and yet she still, as Attorney General, refused to deport or even prosecute that illegal criminal.

Amazingly, in addition to Scott Jennings, there’s at least one other person at CNN who isn’t buying her desperate gambit of claiming she is and always has been tough on the border.

Keep in mind, while Kamala panders on Friday at the border, there are children who are lost because she’s refused to take responsibility. 

As of May 2024, there are 291,000 unaccompanied migrant children who were released to sponsors, but never told to appear in court — meaning federal authorities have lost contact with them.

There are an additional 32,000 children who had been released into the US, later failing to appear in court, according to the 14-page report — which tracked a period from October 2018 to September 2023.

Whether Kamala likes it or not, Friday’s border visit won’t erase the fact that SHE is responsible for the results of our non-existent border.
