Jerry Nadler’s “Performance Art”

Jerry Nadler’s “Performance Art”

Usually when we are talking about rapid, slurred speech and probable poopy pants, we are talking about the White House Resident, but not today, my lovelies. Today, we are talking about Jerry Nadler (Doo Doo, NY). At the House Weaponization Hearing, featuring FBI Director Christopher Wray, Dung Shorts Nadler accused the Republicans of “Performance Art”. Pot meet kettle.

Clearly, these people never have to look at themselves in the mirror or engage in any self-reflection whatsoever. Maybe that’s an area of concentration in political science curriculum. Or, maybe after being elected to office one’s conscience is surgically removed. Mebbe? Otherwise, they simply couldn’t live with themselves. Sure not a problem for These People. Everyone in the Uniparty is a conscienceless twit. They attacked each other today but it means nothing and not a thing will be done.

There were lots of skirmishes in the today’s battle. Nina told you that Christopher Wray admitted that the FBI had “no compelling reason” to investigate parents attending school board meetings. Huzzah. Score one for parents. Hank “Guam” Johnson read his prepared statement like Louis Farrakhan with only a 3rd grade reading level seeing it for the first time:

But today we are here to discuss Jerry Nadler’s myopic hackery. He didn’t want to discuss FBI reforms. Not at all. It was all Trump all the time and accusing the Republicans of Performance Art for Nads.

Jerry is delusional. My entire live, every hearing of the legislative body has been performance art. Jerry has a terminal case of Trump Derangement Syndrome. More from Nads opening statement:

“Today, House Republicans will attack the FBI for having had the audacity to treat Donald Trump like any other citizen,” Nadler said. “The FBI dared to hold Trump accountable, so Republicans must discredit the FBI at all costs. You will hear claims today that the FBI’s decision to investigate Donald Trump was somehow unfair. You will hear Republicans attack the indictment of former President Trump on 37 counts related to his gross mishandling of national security information, including information regarding defense and weapons capabilities of both the United States and foreign countries, United States nuclear programs, potential vulnerabilities of the United States and its allies of military attack, and plans to possible retaliation in response to foreign attack.”
Nadler also mocked as absurd the idea that an FBI led by Trump appointee Christopher Wray was a leftist cabal dedicated to bringing down Republicans on bogus charges.

Talk about Performance Art. The Mar-a-Lago FBI raid was not a “raid”. Dig this exchange between Chris Wray and Jerry Nadler:

REP. NADLER: Director Wray. House Republicans have attacked the execution of the search warrant of Mar-a-Lago last August as a, quote, unprecedented raid. Would you consider the execution of the search warrant at Mar-a-Lago a raid?
DIRECTOR WRAY: I would not call it a raid. I would call it the execution of a lawful search warrant.
REP. NADLER: Can you describe how the search was executed?
DIRECTOR WRAY: Well, we had the case team, you know, follow it’s standard procedure. It is sometimes been described as a SWAT operation. It was not there was no SWAT involvement. But beyond that, I think I want to be really careful with getting too far into the details now that this case is not only in the hands of the special counsel, but more importantly, in my view, in front of the court. And I learned a long time ago as a line prosecutor and defense lawyer to respect the court process is where I think.
REP. NADLER: Were particular steps taken to ensure that the execution of the search warrant did not draw undue attention?
DIRECTOR WRAY: I think there were steps along those lines. Yes, sir.
REP. NADLER: Can you name a couple of them?

DIRECTOR WRAY: Well, among other things, we did not have people coming in so-called raid jackets, you know, which is often something you would see.
REP. NADLER: In other words, the FBI agents executing the search were plain clothes so as not to attract undue attention. The FBI waited until Trump had left Mar-a-Lago to execute the search. Is that correct?
DIRECTOR WRAY: Yes.
REP. NADLER: And Chairman Jordan has attacked the DOJ and the FBI for not attempting to get the documents back from Trump consensually before turning to a search warrant. I want to walk through all these, the opportunities Trump had to produce these documents, and I have a series of yes or no questions. The National Archives, also known as NARA first asked Trump to return all presidential records to them in May 2021, correct?

You stupid people with your lying eyes didn’t see the raid you thought you saw. It was just serving a search warrant. On a former President’s home. With weapons drawn. Okay, guy.

You can talk about age all you want. Nadler is 76, but it’s not his age. It’s his stupidity and poopy pants.
