“Hot Cup Of Joe” Adult Coloring Book Is Offensive

Because what we really need in the 2020 Presidential Election is a good giggle, let me tell you about the adult coloring book, “Hot Cup Of Joe”. It’s not the giggle that we need. It’s offensive. And, it pushes at least two lies.

“Hot Cup of Joe” is 35 perforated pages of Joe Biden, looking middle-aged man sexy. Of course, Joe Biden wasn’t middle-aged sexy when he was middle-aged. At the risk of ruining your eyes, I have linked a picture of Joe Biden in 1993, at age 50, with late former Attorney General Janet Reno. You are warned. Here is the link. Maybe Joe is your cuppa, not mine. Joe Biden has always been a slimy politician. Not hot. Lie number one.

The subtitle of the Joe coloring book is “A Piping Hot Coloring Book with America’s Sexiest Moderate, Joe Biden”. Biden a moderate? Um…in the past Joe took whatever position worked to his best advantage. In 1977, he worried about his children growing up in a racial jungle:

In the quote, which appears to come from a congressional hearing related to anti-busing legislation, Biden emphasized wanting to “insure we do have orderly integration of society,” adding he was “not just talking about education but all of society.”

He then said: “Unless we do something about this, my children are going to grow up in a jungle, the jungle being a racial jungle with tensions having built so high that it is going to explode at some point. We have got to make some move on this.”

Ten years later, he claimed to have been part of desegregation efforts, and then he claimed he had not been part of the efforts, and during the Obama years, he was, again. This video shows Joe’s changing positions:

Biden’s current campaign plans for the American suburbs will destroy the middle class way of life. So says, Betsey McCaughey:

The ex-veep wants to ramp up an Obama-era social engineering scheme called Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing that mercifully barely got underway before President Trump took office, vowing to stop it.

Biden’s plan is to force suburban towns with single-family homes and minimum lot sizes to build high-density affordable housing smack in the middle of their leafy neighborhoods — local preferences and local control be damned.

None of the above positions is moderate. Lie number two.

So all the words on the cover of Hot Cup of Joe are lies, including the words “of” and “with”.

But, it’s the pictures on the inside that offend the sensibilities of sentient beings. Take a good look at that cover. He has rocking pecs, washboard abs, and quite a gun show. The Free Beacon posted a review and the writer worried that the coloring pages would endanger the lives of our more senior citizens:

You’ve probably read a tweet or two agonizing about whether it’s possible to portray “sexiness” without reinforcing the problematic sexism that pervades our patriarchal culture. Even if the answer is yes, illustrator Jason Millet’s contribution to this important debate goes out of its way to legitimize toxic and outdated stereotypes of masculinity.

For one, Millet’s artwork envisions Biden, 77, taking part in activities that an individual of his advanced age and cognitive decline should never attempt—operating a boat, wearing a speedo, riding a horse, chopping wood, gambling, playing beach volleyball, and baking. In a very real sense, this coloring book endangers the lives of elderly and cognitively diverse Americans.

I disagree. Most of our elderly have people around them who genuinely love them. I believe that Joe does not. I believe those around Joe Biden have such an unquenchable thirst for power that they are pushing a man for President who can barely remember who he is. Hot Cup of Joe is promulgating this power grab by pushing a fantasy.

I find this coloring page of Joe, courtesy of the Free Beacon, the most offensive:

hot cup of joe

Joe stepping out of the shower and using the American flag as a towel. Only a liberal dirtbag would think that was appropriate. In this age of Covid and toilet paper shortages, this coloring book would make good toilet paper, if only it wouldn’t clog the pipes.
