Kamala Harris? The Democrat Party cannot afford her a second time. Gavin Newsom? He’ll burn the whole country down. J.B. Pritzker? The campaign trail would have to be reinforced. Folks, it looks like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is the most likely 2028 Democrat Candidate for President. Stop laughing.
I cribbed the title of this post from The Los Angeles Loyolan: “From reality TV to the Oval Office: The evolution of Donald Trump”. Remember how they laughed and laughed at the idea of Donald Trump running the country. Wharton, Construction Mogul, International Businessman, Philanthropist, successful television personality. He was a joke to them. Take this from The New York Times by Roxanne Gay in 2016 “The Unfunny Joke of Donald Trump”:

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez took her Congressional office in 2019 and has done nothing but founder since then. She was one of the leaders to run Amazon out of her 14th Congressional District in 2019. Her only legislation has been the New Green Deal (Scam). Like most theater kids, her work is performative:

She has had no growth since she took office in 2019 and called President Reagan “racist”. The proof comes from Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez at the 2026 Munich Security Conference:
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) appeared to struggle when asked if the United States “would and should” commit to defending Taiwan against China.
The question came while Ocasio-Cortez was discussing foreign policy at the Munich Security Conference Forum with Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D), and U.S. Permanent Representative to NATO Matthew Whitaker.

“Would and should the U.S. actually commit U.S. troops to defend Taiwan if China were to move?” Francine Lacqua, a television anchor and editor-at-large with Bloomberg Television asked.
“Uhm, you know, I think that this is … such a .. you know, I think that … this is a uhm…. this is of course a uh, a very longstanding policy of the United States,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “And, I think what we are hoping for is that we want to make sure we never get to that point.”
Don’t even try to diagram that mess. Makes me miss Kamala Harris…almost. When she said “Dramatically” so dramatically, I laughed way too hard.

The bartender/philosopher is a genius trope in the world. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is not a genius. She is almost Forrest Gump level intelligence.
The Democrats have laughed at Ronald Reagan and Donald Trump, if they run AOC…never again will their laughter ring.
